    I just want to say how much I appreciate this channel. I'm from the Midwest so Musky trolling like this is the closest I can come to saltwater fishing but I absolutely love to see you slaying wahoo's and dolphin even though I never get to fish saltwater. Keep doing what your doing. Big fan!

    That's really not even Muskie fishing. Try casting those bait with a heavy rod for hours on end. Fishing is casting reeling and working your bait. Not just driving something around waiting for a fish to bite

    • @BlacktipH

    • @imnotimportant

      You use the term fishing very loosely! More like "reeling in". Just like great lakes trout fishing.. Driving around all day waiting for a rod to bend and reeling in a brown on 50lb mono and a broomstick rod vs casting and catching them on light gear like you did with Hatajja

    • @imnotimportant
      @imnotimportant 7 років тому +1

      Not going 5-6mph you aren't. Maybe casting from a boat you can, but they can't reel in all the rods and stop the boat every time someone hooks up. This isn't typical musky fishing- this is charter fishing.. for people who have never fished before. They can fork up $200 a day and say they have caught a musky. When money is on the line, you can't be breaking off fish. That's why the captains use absurdly big ugly stiks and 50lb+ mono.

    • @j.n.572
      @j.n.572 5 років тому

      Also, you gotta remember the rods and reels have to stand up to trolling those monster lures for days on end. Most trolling setups are overkill for just that reason.
