As a megahack alpha tester, I can confirm for you that what you described is pretty much exactly what's happening. With click fixes, every click and release megahack sets x position, y position, velocity, and rotation. If you want this bug to get even crazier, bot a level with accuracy set to "frame fixes", it does the same thing as click fixes, the only difference being it sets those values every frame instead of every input. It gets even crazier if you enable auto clicker while replaying a macro with frame fixes :)
