For us traditional Orthodox Christians, the canons are the very heart of Matins. Matins without the canons is like a day without sunshine. They should be there!

If New Rome press ever puts out a traditional English version of their prayer book, I would get it in a heartbeat. Oh, and Orthodox publishers need to stop retranslating prayers that every Orthodox Christian knows by heart. I don't need another version of the Our Father or the Trisagion prayers. Just use the ones that everyone knows. That's the main reason I didn't end of getting the Anthologian and Prayer Book from St. Ignatius. I ended up with the HTM Prayer book, but it is lacking in that there are zero Occasional Prayers and the Lesser Hours are contained in a separate book, versus the New Rome which has tons of Occasional Prayers and all of the Lesser Hours included. That being said, I can do my own prayers for travel or the sick, or my children, but not the office. Have you been born again?
Yes I had my Baptism(Mikvah) nearly 6 years ago and have been working out my own salvation with fear and trembling studying the Church and it lead me to Orthodox. my baptism was in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit(Ghost) of course. and the reason I like the KJV as #1 isnt my own opinion. Its a beautifully poetic translation and still over 50% of English speakers use a KJV Bible. Which is impressive with all the wealth us English speakers have with a plethora on translations. The LSB like a few other big translations have the numbers game correct on the 37 antique numbers in the four gospels and i'll explain in an video upcoming.

Don't contradict yourself..
The Bible hates competition
Where is your missing ayat? Quran has no miracles. Bible has Pi, Somerfield's Constant, golden ratio, Pythagorean theorem, natural logarithm, geometry, arithmetic and much more. A man can calculate the stars using Greek and calculate amino acids using Hebrew and as well the Logos for the source of all logic which is Christ Jesus.
@@paladinhansen137 The Quran has no miracles, huh? Al Quran says that Ramses body would be perfectly preserved, but that wasn't discovered till the 19th century. How could an illiterate man who lived 1400 years ago know that if he were as you say, a false prophet?
Whoever wrote the Quran understood Egyptian heiroglyphics. And there's much more. The Quran has miraculous ring composition, impossible for man to make. This proves the supernatural origin of the Glorious Holy Quran.
If the Bible has pi, geomatry and all that other sheet, you really need to check out the amazing stuff in the Quran. You're missing out on some spectacular miracles because Allah placed a seal over your heart like he done did pharaoh
the quran is full of pagan propaganda and sexual worship, its a disgusting system@@alimuslimforshariahlaw3284
@@alimuslimforshariahlaw3284 2 yrs later and even your own apologists admit Quranic science miracles is a Iie.
“The scientific miracles argument in the Quran got debunked.” - Ali Dawah
Every time Muslim apologists are honest about Islam, they always undermine Islam. You should re-examine the Quran if you think there’s miracles.
Paladin, HOW AWEFUL of you to try to lead me astray from God! You should be ashamed of yourself!
