I have tears in my eyes. . .
'65 was the pinnacle of GM design across the board.
Looks good, sounds good. What is there not to like on this fine machine? Chevrolets flagship car back in the day.
2 speed PowerGlide tranny... loses about 15 MPH in 1/4...
I had a 1965 Chevy Impala when I was 16, my first car.2 door glossy black 40,000 original miles. This was in 1978. It was a 1 owner husband (older gentleman) passed away bought from his wife for(get this $600.00). Still had to borrow a little from the bank. I totaled it same year I bought it
I think I'd actually be afraid to drive something that nice. Knowing my luck, some s**thead would back into it or open a door into it or something. That thing is "whole other level" nice!
My mom owned a 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS that was equipped with a 396 Big Block and auto trans with the shifter mounted in the floor. It was white with black vinyl top and black interior.
Love the color and my favorite year of impala.
My first car was a 67 4 door Impala
BEAUTIFUL 65
❤A JEWEL 💎 ❤
Beautiful 65! I had a 66 Impala SS with a 396 and automatic on the floor. It was white with a turquoise blue interior. Wish I still had it!
My 6th grade teacher bought a new 1965 impala SS. Was white. Had white interior. Was just a bueatiful car. His hair was white as it could be then 2 days later after his new car buy he had the blackest hair on anyone you ever seen in your life. He was a great teacher. RIP Mr. Carlyle. You were a great one.
Back in the 80s, I had a 65 SS Impala, powerglide in the floor, vacuum gauge, no tach.. Sold it a long time ago. Wish I had it still. I do have a 65 2 door Bel Air, straight 6, powerglide. Been in the family since new. My great grandfather bought it new from Graff Chevrolet in Grand Prairie Tx.. Dealership still there.. Sadly, the Bel Air is in need of total restoration.. The 5- passenger models are really nice. Cool car also.
Really nice, perfect restoration.
Does the gas gauge work?
Right door body line doesnt match up if u look at pic up close u c paint damage/ touch up dont care 4 rally wheels and even less when they're painted just look cheap to me 🚓🇺🇸
I got the witness this every year my next-door neighbor I was a little kid and she would have a new Chevy every year and this was my favorite
Nice machine!!! Sounds great. I usually prefer a 4 or 5 speed but, in the case I’d sacrifice!!!!
I just bought a 1965 convertible Impala
This is a gem 💎
I can imagine the convertible version of this model...
How much
💎wow

Thats a cool american musclecar 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

No engine nor transmission details. Doesn't sound like a Chevrolet either.
My favorite car ever
