Hi guys, today I will show you 3 ingenious ways to repair and fix broken plastics using a plastic drawstring to weld the plastics together. Trouble in fixing broken plastics happens around us all the time and it can cause problems. With this plastic welding method, it is much more effective and durable than repairing using super glue and baking soda.

actually you have to grind a little bit on the surface to make a tiny hole so the new melt plastic will seat inside and bond strongly

Thank you sharing. Amazing, however was hoping there was a fully finished solution for #3 (small hole). Glue and baking soda ingenious, but leaves hole white, not black. Also, how does one fix a small hole with the bumper attached to the car? Taking the back bumper off the car, welding, etc. is not an option in my case, thus if any advice on repairing a hole with the bumper attached, it would be most appreciated. Thank you!

Polyethylene will not bond to polypropylene. You can only weld polypropylene.
