The Laws of Waterdeep are not always easy to understand, but all visitors should be willing to give it a quick glance before heading beyond the city gates.

There are no spoilers for the adventurer unless the DM has a special encounter planned with someone outlining how the laws of the city work.
Hopefully, this video can be given to players who are about to enter Waterdeep and don’t feel like reading the pamphlet of Laws and Rules.
