This was randomly recommended to me and I’m so glad. I’m currently playing a character from Waterdeep so I love hearing about all the lore. I learned some new things today, so thank you 💜
I am interested in Skullport as well, and the area of the shipwrecked ships by the first entrance. It may make a nice hiding area for the Hoard Breaker!
The first song is simply labelled Harp Music and I can’t find any further details. The rest of the music is by Alexander Nakarada, titles; Tavern Music, Tavern Loop One, Medieval and Celtic Music Lands, and Planning. Thanks for the comment!
Oh my God, you have collcted fantastic illustrations, where may one find all that wonderful art. I have Waterdeep Dragon Heist and Waterdeep Dungeon of the Mad Mage and those books havent got even 10 percent of what you'e got - so where to look?
Great dive into the lore man, much appreciated
Always go back to this before a big session. Really appreciate your information.
Me too 🙂

Great video man, lots of little tidbits of lore I was unaware of. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed!
I'm intrigued by the sentient guardian statues. Might try to find out who knows how they work.
According to Chris Perkins they are defensive and can be animated only by the Blackstaff when the city is in deep peril. An oh shit! Button of sorts
Great video, thanks for taking the time to make it.
Thanks! I had fun making it

A really good synopsis, of a really lore intensive city. Thank You.
Oh and if you wrote this down, the script would be quite useful to us uninitiated in Waterdeep lore
@@ReustersPlace I just sent an email to reuwriting, I pulled it from your channel. Cheers -Dave
@@davesmaginations5222 Thank You I’ll read it in the AM
The walking statues pique my interest as well. They do not move, even when one of their own was attacked/destroyed? Hmmm…

Some of the artwork of the city I have never seen before. Where did you get it from?
I wish I could be specific, but the answer is simply Google. Image searches from Google.
I would also like to explore the City of the dead as a place to meet someone!
Would love to know the songs playing in the background. Nice video

Hi Mikkel, Every image I used in the video I found by doing Google searches.
I think we might be interested in Skullport. Wonder if our sub can gain us access?
Yo, did I just find a cool, small, niche UA-camr? Anyways, this is very intriguing!
What nice thing to say! 🙂
Wow. Dave's pretty.
Careful... You'll make me blush 🙂
