    Few points to remember when you want to buy:
    1. Air pollution : construction dust, traffic dust, industrial chemical smell, eyes are turning red , face becomes black.
    2. Water problem : In Nallagandla we are facing water problems thinking of 1 lakh homes what they will do without water, High raises mainly. Be ready to enjoy the gated community culture.
    3. Everything is too expensive in and around kolluru, Nallagandla and tellapur.
    4. Education is very expensive, common man cannot live in these areas
    5. When there is no water in hyderabad automatically. No power will be there.
    So think wisely before you invest in and around hyderabad .. just think of china globalization it has become concrete jungle
    I remember one of the priests telling me in 2014 in 10 years Nallagandla and surrounding areas will be converted into concrete jungle with no water and air pollution

      Dont know how water is connected to power as TS Governament buy power for other state as well. In coming years the water problem will be solved with multiple connection of water supply and not just from Krishna waters.But Nallagandla will be over crowded as its a place with combination of Builder floors and Highrises which leads to Huge traffic all the time.

    So the much hyped Rajendra Nagar turned out to be over priced than Kollur

    Kollur already has big developers charging 7k per sft

    The areas are becoming just like concrete jungle without proper aesthetics and parks. It’s the people who buy these that I pitty. Builders obviously try to get 300% from these projects.
