There is no comparison between Tellapur and KukatPally. Kukatpally is crowded and density is high. Full of traffic. Tellapur is well planned city and far ahead in terms of standards. Considering 111GO the place offers lots of greenery and reasonable density. Tellapur and Osman Nagar are happening places in future considering its proximity to Financial district and Neopolis

Most people just dont understand the correlation between cost, service and population.
Where population is more, services are cheaper and there is more competition to provide better service because the volume is large hence the service providers can still make handsome profit charging less.
Less crowded comes with other unseen cost. All services for the same quality will be relatively expensive. Spend more time and money to travel for work etc.
My choice is Kukatpally. It has proximity to basic requirements.

Kukatpally is a down market area, traffic issues , high density, no trees . Tellapur on the other hand is a posh place with great roads , greenery and its proximity to ORR .

For living current time, Consider Kukatpally, but For Investment and future appreciarion,, consider tellapur... with5 years timeline.
Tellapur might have few more cons in terms of proximity to Hi tech city but I go for it because of green spaces as on today.

Guys, Apple n Orange comparison can never conclude. Both are Good n Bad, one can list down pro n cons. It depends on lot of factors, include the perspective of the buyer / age/ occupation / local / north Indian / children / school / hospital / public transport /eduction. and the list goes on and on..
What I essential could be un necessary for others.. example: Metro / mid level medical doctors For + 1 / 2 coaching - where do u find in proximity , easy access to railway station etc... I know people know the answers

My choice is kukatpally ( specifically green hills road ) ........you can connect to hitech city and ameerpet in the same time .............also availability of metro ( y juntion metro) , mall ( ashoka one mall )............
Tellapur & kokapet is worst polluted area as of now ....due to construction of high rise apartments .......and this construction will take place more 10 years in a high scale .............
Good point, Tellapur may good in next 3-5 years, but currently , Kukatpally is good residential area.

Don't compare with city outskirts.
Where is metro and mmts for reasonable public transport.
Where is malls and shopping complex.
No temples near buy.
People can't afford then those people go to city outskirts now .

And about worst traffic in peak hours in Kukatpally and how will u go to Neopolis and kokapet from Kukatpally. So Tellapur is best and u have proximity to hi tech city and Kokapet/financial district /neopolis by orr. Malls and shopping complex will be there soon as well. And social infrastructure and good schools , hospitals are already available or within 5 km it is available. So overall Kukatpally is past and Tellapur is future and u decide where u want to stay.
Then kokapet is the best option not tellapur. In future, tellapur is also crowded what you said..
@@sandyg7952 not possible as there is 4000 acre of icrisat land. Also there will be wider road and more planned apartments and villas. Kokapet is costly u should see the prices as well.

@@Satishmaradani-l7y Because 250 acres land becoming available will make kukatpally more crowded, this is the only land parcel in kukatpally that has some greenary.
