    Happy homes Subramanyam lured customers with pre-launch offer and offered a cheaper SFT price than the market value and promised delivery by 2022 June initially. He lured more money by advertising extra SFT for the same price and if paid in complete cash citing increase in site area promising extra space. Later changed to July 2023 due to covid reason and there was literally no development at the site. On September 2021 I believe, to gain customers trust, this man built a model house and lured more customers in. Point to note is “he was still offering the flat for the same price”. And also offered to pay rent if the development doesn’t finish by 2023 end. Cut to present, this is all a scam and all of us have been affected by this losing all our hard earned money to a scammer. He should be punished and we need our money back

      Sell and hold the cash, in coming two years the land price will depricate in outskirts prepare to buy farm land, if you sell the house now you will get best price. The market is falling. Don't listen to this real estate people
