  • A waterfalls that flows directly into the ocean.
    Started at Palomarin Trailhead.
Hike in about 4.4 miles to the fall.
One of the most famouse and popular hiking trail in Bay area.
I search the high tide time to see this amazing site.
Due to recent rain, the trail to go down to the bottom of the falls was extremely slippery and dangerous.
I have been to this falls many times but this time was the most challenging one.
Start your hike early if you want to beat the crowds.

아직은 좀 쌀쌀해도 바닷물은 오히려 따뜻하게 느껴졌습니다^^

Northern California has two if the tiefalls.
The other one is Mcway falls in Big Sur. It's illegal to go down to that fall but this one is allowed :)
Thank you for watching and always leaving me a kind comments :)👍😍

Scrambling down on the wet rocks were not easy but totally worth the view from the bottom :)

That was a real interesting hike, although I hate scrambling downhill, especially on wet rock. Alamere Falls were superb and unusual there flow right into the sea, what a beautiful sight they were, cheers Alan

Very nice! I have seen the waves crashing up against the Rockwall at high tide. You would not want to be down on the beach then. Looks like you got wet down there anyway. Fun !

After having lunch there, the water was getting closer to the rocks. Everyone rushed to get out of the beach but water wasn't even that cold ;)
I knew you would like the waterfall vid :)

Beautiful footage! What time of day was this? I've only hiked this trial once when it was really dry and at low tide but will be backpacking there next week. Thank you for showing the current conditions.

Started around 9:30 and arrived there at 11:30.
After the recent storm, the amount of water flowing over this fall creates amazing view! Highly recommend stop by here during your backpacking trip :)
      Thank you for watching 😍

Is the narrow trail with the arrow pointing to it a shortcut?

    • @jinsjewelry
      @jinsjewelry  2 роки тому

      Yes!
It is not an official one but most people use it to get to the Alamere falls. Very easy to miss the arrow sign ;)
