I've since changed the receiver to a Onkyo RZ820 for Atmos. Still using this HDMI switch as shown, along with 2 harmony remotes, and works flawlessly. Been sharing the xbox, satellite box, ps3, switch, gaming computer to the projector or TV upstairs. I can run separate outputs to the 2 TV's or mirror the output on 2 different TV's.
Can you tell me what the switching time (delay?) is with EDID on auto with different format inputs vs. switching between only 4K inputs with 4K EDID setting? I am trying to determine if this would be fast enough for video production, switching between 4 cameras.
questions what is the 4k video like? flicker, slow to draw? You mentioned that there was a 4k@60Hz 6x2 model, but that seems to be a unicorn, I just can't find one. Do you have a URL?
I run an Xbox one X at 4K over a 30 foot HDMI cable, then connected to a fiber 8k 12 foot wire that runs through my wall to my TV. Works great but I’m limited to 30Hz. Likely due to my HDMI swithcbthat doesn’t do HDR or 60hz. Search eBay for HDMI switch HDR and you’ll find them.. much more $ though!

I almost bought that one. I would like another tv some day so I am now looking at the 4x4 matrix.
Very well explained.

I have an older model Denon avr591 wondering how I can hook up receiver to matrix?
hex Flores this is an HDMI matrix so if you have HDMi it should work
