I think there’s more to this shortfilm than just the comedy. It teaches us that life’s so simple… and it is we who complicate it.. Little do we realise that the answers that we are trying to seek are truly just beside us!
Short film makers are really brilliant! Conceptualizing something great and compressing all the ideas into a short duration of video really amaze me. I'm really inspired to film again, but alone this time. :) Thanks for sharing your masterpiece!
This is amazing, it brings out the true simplicity of life and the normal human misconceptions. Amazing shot style choices they add to the overlying effect. overall it is a well created film that deserves every award, good job dude.
Great Film. I was surprised with the anti-climax in the end because I was expecting something more but all in all it was entertaining to watch this. I learned about how we failed to notice simple things before jumping to a more complicated type of situation.
Great film that reminds us that overdoing things in life will make it tougher, yet life is so simple every minute in this film is full of lectures doing things that make our lives so difficult, but the secret is to simply pay attention to those tiny things we have neglected.
I really like it. It was simple, straight to the point and shows how sometimes we don't pay attention to the simple things as you why we have a hard time.. nice work!
@@tanishahereast5006 I believe the simplest of ideas can be the best for very short films. For this film, I made a list of random things, toast was included in that, and see what kind of conflict could arise. In this case, we have toast, and what would happen if toast couldn't be made. Everyone writes differently, and I have used different writing methods for other projects. But for a film that is only a few minutes, keeping the core idea simple really helps. Following a three act structure is helpful too!
Unreal stuff Aaron, that’s some talent - your old teammate from the Corbally C’s Just talking to your dad in Mughal’s there he was giving me the lowdown on your success, such a nice guy
It's a great film, i love how we simply not notice the small things around us then it would simply change something big in our lives when we see it and it would make our path easier.
I love this one so much. Happens to me all the same, I panicked and go the furthest way to find the solution while it was sitting there staring at me all the time
This short film is great as it is produced not only to entertain but also to teach us something. Sometimes when we genuinely want something but encounter conflicts among getting it, we tend to do easier things to resolve the issue easier and faster rather than actually analyzing or looking deeply onto how or what we are doing wrong for us to actually achieve that thing that we want.
Every moment has been a short film full of every second. Congratulations. You have to make more short films. Hopefully, a day you see you Paramount Pictures. Because you really deserve that. 👏✌️💣💥
I find this short film interesting and it is entertaining. It has such a great plot twist which reflects that we do the things that make it more complicated. We need to think carefully about the actions that we do before doing it.
It was a well-made and entertaining film. And I was expecting the finale, which turned out to be the plot twist; so, I know many of us simply overlook that small detail before doing something, which is perfectly normal. We can all relate to this to such an extent that while we're seeking a solution to a problem, we sometimes look for what we believe is the simplest one, only to discover that we've completely messed things up. It just illustrated how easy life may be if we don't complicate things too much and if we just look around us more carefully and attentively to avoid causing more destruction.
It was a good story. However, I did expected the plot twist because I face those kind of problems in a day-to-day basis. The short film was relatable for as anyone can understand these kind of storyline even without dialogues spilled by the protagonist.
fantastic short film, I can relate to this because I am prone to forgetting minor details. And when he's making toast for breakfast and it doesn't work, he tries everything he can to make it work. As a result, my conclusion is that the switch was turned off, and I am correct that it is not turned on.And if I apply it to my daily life, I'd say I'm the type of person who tends to complicate things even when there is a simple way to do it.

Well bread!
Great work bringing out the drama in something we'd normally consider pedestrian or mundane! This was a fantastic short film.

Thank you so much :) I did film this alone, and I'm happy you feel inspired by it!

I randomly stumbled on this and what an amazing short film about toast 😂
I like his persistence. Can't say much for his powers of observation. But quite persistent.
Thanks for the laugh. 👍
Love making the daily "oop pfft this isn't even on" into a whole dramatic climactic film XD

I was 'bout to show this short film to a friend and it was like past 6 second, I literally said "you missed half of the movie"
Such a great idea and short film. I love it!
I thought the toaster was going to start working again and then there’d be no more bread left
Haha yes someone else suggested that before. It's a great idea!

@@Moloney_Media I'm trying to do a short about 3-5 minutes and I'm having trouble coming up with ideas. How did you arrive at this idea?

I knew instantly, because I do this all the time! Still hilarious though. I relate. 💖
This was amazing 😂 you only realize the value of something when it stops working 😄
I knew immediately what the problem was ... because I do this. All. The. Time.

Amazing short film love ur use of cinematography and camera framing pretty solid narrative for a one minute piece keep up the amazing work 🤟🏻🎥📽
Good that I clicked to check what it is about. Very nice work.

Half a loaf of bread perished if I'm honest 🤫 RIP
My first thought was " Check the power silly ". Short, simple and perfect 😃
Loved it! And I've totally done this...maybe not the hair dryer part, but not having my toaster plugged in lol.
