Ok so I looked for myself, and it does look like a tease for the apex monsters. What confuses me though is that it looks like there's another flying wyvern on it. Is that supposed to be apex rathian? If so then why does it look like it's shooting lightning from its mouth? To me it looks like apex zinogre is below it, and we've all seen the shape of it. What is it?
How can you guys even tell what's on that? It just looks like a mess to me and i have no idea what i'm looking at besides a mossy stone wall with some vague shapes on it
