Lol he is so dexterous with his yellow pointer finger it cracks me up! I like watching it at 1.75 speed and it really flies around tapping stuff hahaha
Awesome review with crystal clear detail and comments. I suppose one thing Mike missed in the review was talking about towing and how the tow connect or hidden underneath. Otherwise perfect review and a beautiful Honda Pilot. In fact I was looking for a video of Touring AWD with 8 seater. I am really impressed with the new Honda Pilot and I am looking for the same model. Can’t wait getting a silver one. Last but not least, you are doing an excellent job for people like me who rely mainly on youtube videos for each and everything. Thank you for your great work, effort and really appreciate that. Hope your effort and time is well paid.
I like the overall refresh of the Pilot, although, the one thing I'm not a fan of is the gauge cluster. Reminds me of an 80s/90s Chevrolet/GM Digital Gauge cluster.
Very nice review. But... 1. would like to hear about dealer installed trailer hitch and harness cost. 2. would like to know if this 2019 Touring has voice controlled features (heard something brief on that? ) as my 2011 Pilot EXL does. c. do you know anything about the comment below where commenter says tis model makes a noise over right rear wheel when driving over rough area? Thanks in advance for any help.
The engine is Direct Injected which have problems with intake valve carbon build up. Honda need to add Dual Injection like Toyota and Ford's F150's have, this eliminates the problem, which is very costly to fix.
My Honda’s computer program just crashed yesterday. And I bought back to deler to fix it and also do the recall. However, it just has another problem with the car: the collision mitigation breaking system has problem, the deler has keeps my car overnight to look for the way to fix it.
I’m worried about it’s safety and not recommend to buy this car. I just got the car April of 2019 and I have to starting to see the mechanics for the problems.
I currently have a 17 Jeep Grand Cherokee and am looking at possibly trading it in for a 19 Pilot or Highlander. Which would you recommend? I need one that adults can sit in the 3rd row and have leg room.
I know this is an old video , how do I turn off the side mirror turn down feature , also how do I set my driver seat to stop moving back . Can I buy a remote from somewhere ?
This SUV makes a horrible noise in (right back wheel) in uneven pavement. Honda says that this is normal. Regret this purchase. Doesn't worth the price.
No me puedo quejar por que no se me da cuenta de lo de mi novia no quiero ni que ni de la gente ni me digan lo de los malos ojos pero es un poco on de momento que se ha convertido la noche
Fair enough, I'll eat my hat. However it should be in the trunk section of the review. For me specifically, I'd like to see how flat the second row actually folds, which is a bit hard to see in that POV. Nevertheless, thanks for the review.
I agree. I made a mistake in editing and I forgot to add it in during the cargo section. Luckily it survived at the end with the extra footage. Thank you for your feedback :)
Is this supposed to be an SUV that pretends to be a minivan, or the other way around? I seriously don't understand Honda's design philosophy in this generation Pilot.
Sorry guys, not impressed. The Pilot is not a living room; it's an automotive appliance. This generation of Pilot (intro'd 2016 model year) has 2 big failures - the 9-sp AT and that all trim models handle like a bus. I will have to turn to Consumer Reports Magazine (subscription) - at least they drive the vehicles they "test".
I like the overall refresh of the Pilot, although, the one thing I'm not a fan of is the gauge cluster. Reminds me of an 80s/90s Chevrolet/GM Digital Gauge cluster.
Alex Tran I agree...the fuel and temp gauge are way to big and and already looks outdated. With all the technology available they could have done better...also the tachometer looks stupid and over styled. My question is this...where is the dual exhaust....it would give the pilot a better look in the rear. Where is the LED turn signals???? The CRV has LED turn signals but the flagship Pilot doesn't??? The CRV has dual exhaust but the Pilot doesn't??? It makes me sick that Honda is cleverly rolling out changes to the Pilot every year since 2016 just to gain more sales. I owned a 2016 and made Honda give me a 2017 model after I complained about issues i was having with car horn, smell of gas in cabin after fueling, radio problems. So far my 2017 Pilot has been fine but I still don't like things about it...such as the back up lights are practically under the rear bumper....they changed it for the 2019 model...SMH! For the 2020 model they'll most likely bring back dual exhaust and LED turn signals and restyle the gauge cluster...AGAIN!!
billyvision yeah. That's why we kept our second gen pilot (2015 touring). The boxy design on our 2nd gen is looks like a true SUV, and it is just a simple vehicle all around
You can open the lift gate by kicking your foot under as well ! It’s an awesome feature if you have your hands full.
How do u do that??
This SUV is fun to drive! Great video Mike.
The back does not have heated seats, only the front in the touring. The elite has both front and back heated seats.
9:48 Clearly shows the heated seat controls for the second row seats.
38:11 Shows the window sticker with "Heated Rear Seats" listed under the interior features.
These new Honda’s are Amazing
Like i Can’t decide The CRV,Pilot Or the Odyssey
Love them All but pilot all the way sorry but odssey don't have 4wd and CR-V is smaller of the two of you want more space but all 3 are Nice
If you need AWD, get the Pilot.
Otherwise you will benefit from the much larger cargo space in the Odyssey. The third row is wider in the Odyssey too.
Finally a proper review of the new pilot! Thanks Mike!! ❤️❤️
Lol he is so dexterous with his yellow pointer finger it cracks me up! I like watching it at 1.75 speed and it really flies around tapping stuff hahaha
This new 2019 looks sexy AF with the new LED headlights. Finally they took some design cues from Acura and the Accord
This is a nice family car for me and my wife and kids
Thanks !! An excellent review !!!! I love mine !!!
Great review! Love that little hand for the presentation. Was hoping the little hand was also going to move the second seat back at 9:22. :-)
Fantastic review as usual, good job Mike, love this amazing vehicle.
I’m sorry but I’m sorry for not being so much fun and I’m not sure if I can get a new phone on the computer but you have a great idea
Appreciate the undercar and boom jib shots 👍🏼 you can see the extra unit that accelerates the rear wheels.
Than you
Thanks for the review mike I plan on getting this car especially with this year so seeing everything about the car comes in handy thank you 🙏
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE COROLLA VID FOR 5 DAYS MIKE,I haven’t slept yet.
Welcome to the all new 2019 Honda Pilot Touring.
Always a thorough review, thanks Mike!
your video detailing is awesome..pleasantly surprised!!
needs a road test.
I like this car

It’s nice
Excellent review as always Mike. I hope that you can do a review of the 2020 Honda Pilot 'Black Edition'.
I like the overall refresh of the Pilot, although, the one thing I'm not a fan of is the gauge cluster. Reminds me of an 80s/90s Chevrolet/GM Digital Gauge cluster.
Loving the new Pilot!
Great review! Can't wait to get one...
They had little finger pointer is just too funny

Super nice car, just like it
I considered to buy a used 2019 Honda Pilot.
love the new pilot!! great job!!😁😁😁
0:01 little car

U didn't know u can open the trunk by simple waving ur leg underneath the rear bumper.
Well done. Love your videos!
No es el momento del amor y por el momento que te sientes a un ritmo y no lo haces porque te loco que me siento
Thanks! for this review Mike we love our Honda's.
Great detailed review!
why do you recommended keeping the option off when the car is stopped?
@6:45....The Blind-spot indicator (right side) is located on the pillar, instead of the mirror where it won't "construe" your view, Huh.....?
Lots of things and lights get reflected in the mirror. A BSM light may go unnoticed in a mirror.
A person may interpret the BSM light for a another car's light is what I was trying to say. Didn't come out very good did it :)
Kinda figured you meant: "misconstrue'! :)
There’s also a beep if your turn signal is on and theirs a car in your blind spot FYI
Thanks for sharing
Forgot no hands tailgate, otherwise pretty thorough.
those rims remind me of the 2019 Kia Sportage EX
Nice review I’m going to get it
Wonder how the next gen pilot will look like. 😁
Thank you for the in-depth review. Another great video!

Awesome 😃 👍 2019 Honda pilot touring awd review .

They brought back the Auxiliary port
I'd probably would trade that in for my accord v6
Do the 19 exl awd please
Is it hot out there mike?
Dangerously hot.

The 19 pilot looks better then the highlander and it has more features too.
Due to so many troubles with my car. I will not recommend to buy Pilot
when can you do the Mazda reviews
There isn't any good Mazda dealers in my area.
MikesCarInfo Thats sad :(
I know this is an old video , how do I turn off the side mirror turn down feature , also how do I set my driver seat to stop moving back . Can I buy a remote from somewhere ?
Like It
Great Job….
Nice Video You should do a night review PLZ
I don't understand why Honda goes all that way to put led lighting on the vehicle and leaves incandescent turn signals. Makes no sense
88MS88 what makes no sense is why u have a ugly trump sign as ur profile picture
PlatanoRico86 I strongly disagree I think it is awesome!
AWDWaffle thank you
AWDWaffle I agree
The 19 pilot looks better than the ascent
Do the exl

A lot of spoiled kids will be hauled around in this SUV
All I can say is...wow
Great video just missing the price

Honda carpet mats are a pain to clean. Its like velcro, dirt just sticks

Haw mach in canada
Solid rear disk brakes and not vented? No wonder Honda has the worst braking in comparison tests.
Can't like a review for an SUV that doesn't bother to fold all the seats down.

Honda makes some reliable cars, but man these new generation Hondas are ugly. They look like they have an overbite.
i think it would look really good if it was black chrome, right now it’s pretty tacky
Pilot and odyssey is not that bad
First!
Omg kind of hate the guages looks like video game
Any uglier?
I hate this car
