Just started watching your videos and I’m finding them so helpful and very easy to incorporate. I’m a cancer patient and on an aromatase inhibitor that puts me at a higher risk for bone loss. I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed about incorporating several lifestyle changes. I have the prunes in my shopping cart and will begin the 4 exercises today. Thank you for this content. I'm a new subscriber with osteoporosis and just started eating 6 prunes a day. Lol I've been sober for 23 years. Its totally doable if you want to quit alcohol completely. And another sparkling and fun alternative drink is Cheerwine and cranberry juice. Cheers
