I was very slow at football, 23 years old 6ft2 centre back. Ever since I’ve been going to the gym which has been around 6 months, bodybuilding with legs 3 times a week and continuous jogs and sprints I am now able to keep up with the quickest of players . Keep grinding guys it’s all the body maintenance and nutrition

@@rinefps eat a lot of oats especially in the morning before you work out, make sure also you sleep well whenever you have the chance to. Dark chocolate for a snack is good and whole meal pasta and bread for your carbs and lean meats. Train legs really hard too like twice a week and do a lot of HIIT workouts on the treadmill

My question is, I'm 23 and just started following soccer about a year ago. I've never played. like most Americans I grew up watching and playing American football. I have since stopped because I find soccer more fun to watch. in my area there are no teams to play with and no league's. how do I find people to play with? or have you answered that in a different video?
Its been several months now that I have been training according to the drills you have recommended on your channel and I gotta say, I have improved dramatically in every aspect of my game. So thanks for the videos which instructed me, as I trained consistently on a regular basis.
However I have faced a few problems.
In the beginning I seemed to be improving at a faster rate but now I seem to be improving very slowly by training. I'm not getting any better or worse but staying constant. Is there any advice you can give me to help me improve consistently instead of just staying as good.
The biggest problem I have been facing is soreness of my legs which are often very fatigued after plyometrics, leg strength and agility drills which I do regularly as well. This has mitigated both my fitness and football training often. Its especially unfortunate when I go to school team practice matches with a sore leg which doesn't enable me to play my best and have a top notch work rate.
Is there any way I can revitalise my body(especially my legs) to bring out the best in me every time?

+Sheema Rani Das if you have a hotel with pools or just a swimming center nearby, check if they have a hot pool and a very cold pool. get into the hot for 5-10 mins, then cold for 5-10 mins, and hot again then finnish of with the cold one. you should feel better
First off, I want to say thank you for posting these vids. You have given me a great starting point on what to work on with my son. What do you recommend for a 9yr. old as far as what reps to work on? I want to be cautious & not go overboard since he's young.

that's because your speed is determined by your type 2x muscle fibers which work without oxygen, because of this they are able to offer a lot of power, this gives you your speed but because they don't oxidize they use their energy stores quick causing you to be tired. it is Natural. The fitter you are tho the quicker the fibres can restore their energy ready for the next sprint and the longer those energy supplies work for increases but not by much

I'm the fastest in MY school, and I swear that I'm not saying this because of pride or to show off. It's prior to my personal experience, which is why I am going to give some really good and helpful advice. I just wanted to say that you forgot to mention that you must turn your body position horizontally as much as possible to reduce air resistance both in the start of running, all the way to the end. You must also increase your running pace and do exercises like side splits and front splits (front splits affect the way you run more than side splits). Sports like gymnastics and yoga are great for running too. During running, you must use the momentum of your legs to get more distance at the position when both of your legs are off the ground. Pushing heavy objects can also help improve your thighs too. exercises that have stairs can help a lot for people who don't have backyards. To make sure you don't hurt your legs, it's best to place the bottom of your toes to the ground while running. Using the front part of your foot can help you to get a better body position if you want to speed up. Rock climbing, basketball, baseball, biking, skating, surfboarding, skate boarding, wakeboarding, climbing ropes, martial arts, and hiking are really good exercises for leg muscles. Adding a belt with a set of portable weights while walking can help a lot. exercises for losing body fat are really helpful. For example using hula-hoops. I was in a soccer league when I was a child, and I had to also run around my school while competing with other students before I reached High school. Doing some of the listed exercises daily can help a lot. Having a balanced-low calorie meal is also great to help your body to get and stay in shape and help increase your ability to breathe when running. Fruits like grapes, strawberries, oranges, and apples help a lot too in order to decrease your blood sugar. Make sure you stay hydrated by drinking lots of water or and getting sports drinks that contain very useful carbohydrates and electrolytes to prevent excessive dehydration during exercise to provide short-term energy for your body so your body won't stress out, because your body needs energy to actively use. Finally, make sure you that you will have a checkup with your specialist or a doctor once in a while to know more about your own body performance too in order to stay out of trouble. Don't forget to also checkup with your medical expert before doing all of this workout so you won't put your body under pressure and so your doctor can tell you what to eat and drink. The more weight you lose, the faster and longer you can run. It's a fact, and I've noticed it. There are also other ways to lose weight, such as going to martial arts class, carting can help. Since swimming and running are the "Mother of all Sports" and require the entire body to be active, it can help a whole lot with the entire body. For people who are religious can fast to lose weight and stay on their diet. If you want to build a stronger body, you can gather a ton of fat by eating as much as you can. Then you can ask a professional athlete to help you out depending on what you want, so you can get better muscles for your abs and very powerful muscles. That way you can determine what your goal is, and how much time you have to burn all of those calories. In other words, I mean burning a ton of fat and calories with hard workout can help you gain abs and muscles. Basically the more metabolism you have in your body, and the more you follow and maintain your diet, the better and healthier you will be. Trust me 100% , you will not only run faster, but you will also feel a whole lot younger. And last but not least, Increasing your height and stamina can make you run longer distances over a shorter period of time. In order to gain stamina, swimming can be helpful because it actually has a positive impact on your lungs, meaning that when you are running, you can hold your breath over a longer period of time, and that breathing may not be a problem if you actually do this, especially in a pool where there is good depth underwater. Scuba diving can help too because you are actually swimming with flaps attached to your legs, and you need to push harder. Biking can help your thighs and upper leg muscles. If you run often, make sure you drink two gallons of water before exercise if you are very dehydrated so that you will not pass out, get seizures, or put your body at physical stress. Canoeing can help burn calories if you don’t run. This advice is really helpful because even gym teachers, as well as coaches, and even athletes experience using these techniques.

I'm not sure if I missed this part if it was mentioned in the video, but one of the most important parts about sprinting is foot placement. When you're standing, then start sprinting, make sure you use small steps to begin with and as you start to reach your max speed, go into longer strides.

Its called runner's high, my dad ran like 5 miles a day when he was younger and he said he loved running and he was never tired (of course after 5 miles he was tired) but he wasnt dying or anything, it was easy for him. Im trying to get like that tbh

When I'm sprinting as fast as I can, should my heels be touching the ground? Or should I be running on my toes? And is this the same for jogging and running?
Jogging - hole foot
sprinting - toes

Jogging: land with your foot maybe a few inches in front of you, land on your full foot except have the toes up a bit, then roll the foot so you push off of your toes.
Sprinting: all in the balls of your feet, my guy(toes)
