Do not sprint on the balls of your feet rather sprint on your toes giving you explosiveness. During my track season (we won states because of this) you want your arms to go up to your ear and back to your back pocket. This will keep speed if you run out of energy in your legs. Drive for the best affects. Try to breath in through your nose and put through your mouth constantly
This can damage your knees over time though so keep that in mind

I am one of most skilled female soccer player at my school but I get tired easily, I am not very fit but I have good skills, and I can’t run 50 metres without getting super tired, this video really inspired me to train myself and get more fit, I have now decided to stop catching the bus back home and started walking/sprinting/jogging back home!! Endurance is actually mental toughness, it's how resistant you are to fatigue/stress
Kevin Diakit yeah, but the way your body reacts(heart rate, breath rate) are physical. When you increase your VO2 max, your body has more oxygen to work with, so your heart doesn’t have to pump as much.
The mental toughness is in the training. Yes, it also matters during the last few seconds of a race, when you're neck and neck -- but you only get to that point if you've put in the work before.
I've been running on a treadmill since I was 12 and I always push my self running 40 mins straight on game days I could easil stay at a high level it also depends on how you run and how you breath

For positive self talk saying things like “did you really come all this way just to give up”. “ in the 95 minute of the champions league final are you just gonna stop running and giving it your all?” Helps a lot.

Thx man. I get tired really quickly. THIS video motivates me to want to strive for better stamina. I'm gonna be trying out for my Highschool soccer team possibly as a midfielder (first time trying out for a team). Whenever I'm playing street soccer with my friends I'll sprint really fast but then after that my body just takes so much time to recover.

When i was in 8-, 9- and 10th grade, I played football (soccer) every day. I played it in school, I played it when I got home. I played football for about 5 hours a day. I got to the point, that he explains as well, that you'll get to a point where you won't become exhausted. I reached that point and i could play all day, every day. I was litterally playing till my feet hurts, that was the only point that could stop me from playing. I could sprint fast, I was getting better and better at reading the play (I got good at tackling as well). I knew where the player was going. The thing is very mental as he says. But there is a thing though, I didn't ever eat as healthy as he did. SO, from my perspective it isn't "extremely" important to eat healthy, but ofc. it's needed in some degree.
I just played a lot of football. I played with people older than me, and people younger than me, and ofc. people at my age. When playing with the older boys, you know, you can't push them (at least I couldn't, I was very slim (I still am)).
I didn't train like he does. I just played football with friends and in clubs. But the most fun was in school. I didn't like the training, I just enjoyed playing in teams against each other.
His tips is very good, and If you want to be as good as he is (or somewhere near), I would recommend you following these tips (or the most of them).

Well, I just played every time I had time to play. I think it will take about a week, and then you will begin feeling that you can run for a longer distance, or don't get exhausted that quickly. I think that if you follow his steps, or do what I did, you will be able to "not be tired" within two months. But the most part comes from that you have to be competitive if you want to do the same as I did (playing football in school / or at home with a sibling).

That is true. I'm just saying that to get to the point where you don't get exhausted doesn't mean you have to eat healthy all the time. I can for sure say this; I drank soda EVERY day. It didn't affect how I played, and it didn't make me slow. I was slim. I didn't just drink one soda.. I do not think you should drink soda every day though, but I did.

how are you suppose to be fit enough to play 90 minutes?
Take your fitness seriously and everyone else will have to take you seriously because you'll be running circles around them.

It will. If you want to push yourself you can train sprint 100% with incline for 20 sek then walk for 15 sek and do this for 6-15 depending on form

What I can 100% confirm that helped so much in increasing my stamina is “positive thinking” when you’re on the ground, tired and literally dying always think of how to breath, how to recover. It will distract you and get rid of the fatigue, and also say stuff like, this is piss easy and etc.

10 seconds max for me
If you can run 2 minutes that means you are not doing it with full power, maybe 80 percent.
At best, you can run with your full power about 12 sec.

Fat actually weighs less than muscles Dylan, that's why it is a big mistake to start working on your upper body before your legs.

proportionally it weighs more, but what point does it prove. It's like 1lb of stones and 1lb of feathers, it takes up less space, but the stones weigh the same as the feathers
I could be wrong but he only mentioned getting leaner which makes sense because it would theoretically require less energy to move less weight, not being upper body heavy. And of course legs are more important than the upper body in soccer it has the main muscle groups that you use in soccer in the first place. It's like saying you're arms are more important while doing push-ups than you're legs....duh
If you got 2 containers the same size and mass and everything and in one container put fat till it filled up and the other container full of muscle then the fat would weight more

he said in the vedio you need atleast 3 times a week I wish I can do what he does and practice but in my country we don't have local pitches and rentable one's are rare to find you have to go to sporting clubs to play any sports and that sucks since I'm living like at least 20-30 minutes away
