I can see I did everything wrong in my last relationship. I would always respond to his texts within about 30 min. Sometimes he wouldn’t even apologize, he would act as if nothing had happened and I would not call him on it. My father used to leave and we wouldn’t see him for 18 to 36 months, he would show up and behave as if we were just talking yesterday and nothing had happened. While I understand Tony's strategy of selfcare and appreciation after a breakup...to the women who choose to wear their natural beauty, its ok to not rely on makeup to be beautiful. But its very important to keep your skin healthy, brows groomed (tweezing/wax), lips moisturized. Your nails can also be bare, but groomed on a regular basis. The same with hair, you can keep it natural but clean and well groomed. Without a healthy foundation true beauty can never be seen.

I can see I did everything wrong in my last relationship. I would always respond to his texts within about 30 min. Sometimes he wouldn’t even apologize, he would act as if nothing had happened and I would not call him on it.
My father used to leave and we wouldn’t see him for 18 to 36 months, he would show up and behave as if we were just talking yesterday and nothing had happened. I realize that my fear of abandonment has caused me to allow men to mistreat me.

I told him what I want and need in this marriage. My needs aren't being met, no communication, no pillow talk, no holding me in his arms, definitely no sex anymore. For me it's about the financial stability he provides at this point. We were together damn near 4 years. Dec. 5 2021 was the last time him n I were together. Dec.7 2021 I went to my drs appt cuz I wasn't feeling gud at all. I was haven ALOT of cramping & ALOT of pain. Well come to find out he gave me an STD & Then I found out I am pregnant with his FIRST BORN. He doesn't want nothing at all to do with me or the baby. That's fine but it will be on him to walk out on his FIRST BORN. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH I cry myself to sleep every night just missing him & then he won't talk to me at all. So it's like I don't even know what I did wrong for us to break up. He doesn't want to change for the better. He wants to stay trash & live like trash. I was wanting so much for him. I can't make him change. So I will leave this at where it is. I will go on with my life. Raise my baby without him. Honestly it’s exhausting going through all that. It’s way too toxic/unhealthy for both parties. And mostly a relationship like this comes with too many obstacles along the road.
So if a man makes you sad then it’s ok to just be all that, sad. And it’s ok that the world will notice and it’s ok if he knows as well, no need to hide that. You don’t want a man like that anyway, a man that you have to play to get him regret losing you. Don’t even bother spending energy on thinking about him regretting anything. Just spend time get yourself back together and move on with peace in your mind and heart. While I understand Tony's strategy of selfcare and appreciation after a breakup...to the women who choose to wear their natural beauty, its ok to not rely on makeup to be beautiful. But its very important to keep your skin healthy, brows groomed (tweezing/wax), lips moisturized. Your nails can also be bare, but groomed on a regular basis. The same with hair, you can keep it natural but clean and well groomed. Without a healthy foundation true beauty can never be seen.
I felt the same way. I loved this video but I didn’t like that part because it’s not promoting self love.
@@3D3LIA I see your point; I am just so comfortable in my appearance. I do wear lipgloss and lip balm but its clear....no pigment color at all. I wear a little black mascara that's it. But those things do not change my look completely or if any at all. It's so shocking that alot of women feel it is an absolute must that they wear loads of makeup.
Honey let me tell you something...these men claim to like natural beauty. They are rotating their necks looking at the women who accentuate (make-up) their face. Get tinted lip gloss, have your eyebrow done . Heavy foundation is not necessary, use a bronzer lightly dusted on cheeks.
Buff those nails and keep hands moisturized. Nice haircut

To me personally, I prefer not to wear things on my face besides non toxic skincare, and most cosmetics are pore clogging, endocrine disruptors that age women prematurely, so i dont need it, especially a bronzer LOL ....im already brown😊. I have lived in another state, and traveled to many different places and have discovered that alot of men do prefer a fresh natural face. I love my look and I will never change it for anyone.

update: he came back after around 5 weeks of seperation. LET ME TELL YOU what i've done in this time ive done it for *myself* first. never did it to make him come back and see a better woman. when you put yourself first, you start protecting yourself. and it's so hard to forgive when you place your heart and value in such a higher place. i keep the distance w him now, to see if he's changed.
