Beautiful trailer and wrap 👍🏻. The eu3000 is perfect also. I’ve built 2 cargo trailer conversions now and it looks like you’re off to a great start. I learned a lot on those builds and have many tips & tricks and think I still have a few pics in my phone. I emailed you a few times about the hoodie sizing, order 3497 & 3703. Just email me if you’re interested, be happy to pass on any help.
For example, I put e-trac all around the bottom of the interior walls, apx 18” or so, and welded e-trac clips on the same toy hauler type couch so it could be moved/ removed. I welded e-trac clips on quite a few things so they could be taken out if needed, such as gas can holders, misc. custom frames to hold chairs & e-z-ups or generators etc. I’m a commercial electrician and wired them up too, 12v & 120v ⚡️

Nice, I'd like to eventually add the E-trac on the walls, wire in lights, and give items like gas cans a proper, permanent place. I use it for so many things that I like the modularity, one day it will be single purpose and I can really set it up with an air compressor, tools, etc.

@@ChupacabraOffroad If I remember correctly, you mentioned giving up the RV for the truck & trailer. I used a 30 amp RV electrical panel in the trailers and added a battery up front. It gives you 120V A/C & 12V DC and there’s an entire RV industry to choose products from. The panels were under $200 when I bought them. Might want to add up your wish list of tools etc and see if you want a 30 or 50 amp panel. Pretty easy to wire up too. I’m sure you know someone local with electrical knowledge but if you have any questions, shoot a message. Good luck.

Those stand alone air conditioner units work really well.
We use 1 in our 40-foot motorhome when we go to the river ( Pirates Cove) in 115 to 20 deg heat. We Run The Standalone and the two roof airs at the same time...... it can actually get cold in there. Lol

Ha good to know. Will be nice to have when it’s sweltering for sure. I like that we can move it around vs having something in the roof

Wish my trailer weight 2,900 lbs.
We have a 24-foot and it weighs in at 5450 empty. Of course it's a triple axel with 8-foot interior walls and workbench and upper cabinet like yours.

Mount the Honda on the tongue and put an rv AC on the roof....way less clutter.

Love the trailer! Wanted to ask, what is the brand of bed that you have? We are looking for one exactly like that for our trailer build.

what did you do for lights?

It has interior lights once it’s plugged in, but I’d really like to do some exterior lights on the right side for racing and camping. All I have now is a $80 Husky light tower at the moment.

I have a 30 foot trailer that I did a cargo trailer conversion and I tow it with a 2017 Chevy Silverado off road edition, of course is all hook up from the suspension to the engine and a heavy duty (14 k) weight distribution hitch along with a sway control bar and keep the truck under 60 mph to pull a 12 k trailer (when fully loaded with a 4 seater can am , a 570 outlander atv, 36 gallons of fresh water, gear , etc..) . I have put around 5 k miles on the trailer on this set up and not a single problem to this day, so yes it’s possible as long as you have the right set up.
