Hi Richard, thanks for our insight and good job on the prediction on the Mercedes! Even though the Roller was good competition! I am always amazed of your expertise. I won't be surprised if you become the curator of a collection or two instead of tinkering on Jags. Would be well earned and a shame on the other hand!
Thank you Richard for taking us on such a great morning tour- it was cool the D type guys recognized you and were willing to pop the bonnet for a look-see. Love your vids!
This is the best PB video I've seen, fantastic camera work (narration also), and showcase of these fine automobiles. Those Figoni et Falaschi bodied cars were the stars of the show personally, truly kinetic sculpture and incredibly romantic. Absolutely a dream of mine to visit someday soon.
Another Mater class in knowledge and Production Richard...... Some very Stunning Automotive Art...... Thank you for taking us with you on your journey ..... :-)))
Richard. Can't begin to express how grateful we all are for your dedication and knowledge . I'd hate to be a judge , there are so many winners ! I really believe this is the best ever . For me , your knowledge and enthusiasm matches Mr. Carrini's legendary and acclaimed status . Thankyou .
Absolutely amazing!!! A brilliant tour of cars that I never dreamed existed. The boat tail Roller was spectacular. Thank you Richard. PS, looks like the Jaguar guys know you - no surprise there.
Wow is right. It's been years since I've been to Pebble so this was hugely appreciated! I can't believe how well you were able to maneuver and got all those great unobscured angles. Thanks again, Richard. This was just brilliant!
I love your videos Richard. I have attended this event many times although not for several years now. You picked out the 'Best in Show' immediately. Good eye!!
Thanks for the great walkthrough, Richard! For a 'one take' overview of that lawn I was very much impressed by both your knowledge and your ability to navigate the crowd. I saw quite a few cars there that have been through R&M's shop over the years that I've visited there. That "K" model Merc, and I think that Horch as well - but I always think every Horch drophead is the one I saw that day. I remember that a judge from New Jersey owned it at that time. Anyways, good to see the Concourse is back in full swing mode. Have a safe trip back to Canada!
My 1964 Triumph TR4-A was stolen back in 1966 but last night I dreamed I found it again. It was my first car, my first love. Love never dies. Thanks for the tour.
Great, I dream to visit it since childhood and now I live much closer in just 50 miles :) Next year will definately give myself a birthday present and visit it :)
My gosh!...I could've watched this video for hours. I'm pretty sure that would be a very tough marathon for you, but if you do more of this year's Pebble Beach, I will be right here watching every minute. 😊
Richard, Smooth video. Encyclopedic knowledge. My love is French coachwork so the Figoni et Falaschi coverage was much appreciated. Merely glancing at Peter Mullin's 1939 Delahaye Type 165 Cabriolet was a tease. Your commentary is wonderful but just your video work with ambient sound is poetic and I could watch for hours. A leisurely stroll of the whole day from Dawn Patrol to the last hour after the awards including the Concept Cars on the Green and the AFAS exhibition (as of this year in Carmel for the week) would be fantastic.
Excellent Coverage Mr Owen!!! Felt like I was there- sorry to have missed OLD 16 - the big grey 1906 Locomobile Racer owned by Artist Peter Helck for more than 50 years!!
Great overview of the cars in the field. No one can know everything but you have a wonderful general knowledge about all cars and it comes through in this video and in previous videos of yours I have seen. It was enjoyable to see you geeking out on a lot of different cars, the Pegasos, the S, SS and SSK Mercedes, the Figoni & Filaschi's, the boat tail Rolls, the Bugatti tourers, and even though you showed quite a few Ferrari's, your presentation wasn't overloaded with them. How refreshing! I like Ferrari's as much as the next guy (an SWB would prob be my dream car, never liked the looks of the GTO) but some people, that's all they can talk about. It get's boring after awhile. Thanks for your balanced presentation, there a LOT of great cars out there, not just the usual suspects.
Greetings from Australia, Richard. I am an avid viewer of your channel, and I thank you for once again showing us such amazing cars with such wonderful photography and commentary.
We hauled some of the cars for Pebble Beach event this year including the boattail Rolls-Royce. What a beautiful car that one is! We had a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing.
Dude that was so cool, I would have watched for 2 hours. I know you told us year year of lots of the cars, I love cars so much and were it all came from, I wish you told us the year of more of those really early cars at the begging. So cool dude. Thank you.
RMO - first time I've noticed the use of copper in brake rotors - and I believe even drums...? Have I missed something in the past - or is this a new trend ? Great shots ! Your walk-thru and commentary are second only to an in person go round. And love when you get opportunities to glean insights from owners/builders, etc. Most Grateful !
Would be terrific to prearranged 1 or 2 or 3 indepth talks with the restoration techs. Had a wonderful chat, 15 years ago, at the Greenwich Concourse with one of the guys who had worked on an Atalantic coupe, fasanating details. This would help balance out the overwhelming eye candy overload.
Thanks so much Richard... i look forward greatly to your fantastic videos... so knowledgeable informative and always delivered in you laid back way. Are you at Revival this year ?
@RichardMichaelOwen it was Lamborghini 60th anniversary. I know this is not your stuff but i was kinda hoping to see 3500GTZ and this gorgeous white Miura SV :) Thanks for quick reply 👍
There's a little sadness here, rather like watching a collection of beautifully stuffed lions and tigers. Formerly grand beasts, reduced to display trinkets and status symbols. Lovely video presentation and commentary though.
Your enthusiasm, knowledge and fine camera work made for a thoroughly enjoyable video. Thank you.
I really appreciate your knowledge of these cars and commentary.
Excellent knowledge commentary-thank you so much!!
That Jaguar at the end needs more attention, Von Dutch pinstripes! Thats a big deal, glad I watched all the way through.
Great video Richard. Thanks for the ride along 👍
Thank you for this fantastic walkthrough. Wonderful! Nice prediction of the best in show :)
Every minute worthwhile. Thank you Richard!
Best wishes from England. Great coverage of the show.
Thank you for doing this every year. Nice call on the Best in Show.
Thank you Richard for taking us on such a great morning tour- it was cool the D type guys recognized you and were willing to pop the bonnet for a look-see. Love your vids!
Absolutely a great video on these works of art !
Thank you sir 👍👍👍

That Rolls Royce! Wow! Stunning.. Those cars are works of art! 🇦🇺🍺🍺
Thank you for bringing us this Pebble Beach walk through!

Fabulous coverage. Watching from here was like being there but cheaper beer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Best coverage of all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Richard. Great coverage. Many thanks, Paul V/Thailand PS Live 100 years. We need you.
Absolutely amazing!!! A brilliant tour of cars that I never dreamed existed. The boat tail Roller was spectacular. Thank you Richard. PS, looks like the Jaguar guys know you - no surprise there.
This truly is one of the greatest classic motor shows in the world and such a beautiful setting as well🇬🇧🏴🇺🇸
Spectacular...thank you RMO!
Holy moly! This is the best coverage of PB. I can't pick a favourite car!
RMO, thank you from London for bringing PB to our screens. Looking forward to next year already !
Fabulous effort. Thank you. Stunning array.
Wow is right. It's been years since I've been to Pebble so this was hugely appreciated! I can't believe how well you were able to maneuver and got all those great unobscured angles. Thanks again, Richard. This was just brilliant!
Thanks for taking us along again Richard.
Thank you ❤
Lovey tour, Richard you're a great guide.... fun way to spend a morning
Absolutely incredible, wow!
I love your videos Richard. I have attended this event many times although not for several years now. You picked out the 'Best in Show' immediately. Good eye!!
Thank you...
Outstanding, and thank you. I could have watched another 48 minutes.
Thanks for the great walkthrough, Richard! For a 'one take' overview of that lawn I was very much impressed by both your knowledge and your ability to navigate the crowd. Your knowledge & presentation is first rate. You obviously appreciate these vehicles and it shows.
My 1964 Triumph TR4-A was stolen back in 1966 but last night I dreamed I found it again. It was my first car, my first love. Love never dies. Thanks for the tour.
Great narration! Thank you! I was there in the press box.
You’ve obviously been around the cars for many years. Did your dad spark your interest?
Really great review. Thank you
Fantastic walk around once again Richard, i would gladly watch and listen to you for another hour as i share you enthusiasm for these amazing cars.
Thanks Richard
Great, I dream to visit it since childhood and now I live much closer in just 50 miles :) Next year will definately give myself a birthday present and visit it :)

Class in session. Wow. Thanks Richard.
Hi Richard! These cars are priceless, so wonderful. And again a super video👍. Best regards from Hans and Cheers 🇦🇹🍻.

Great walkthrough. Stunning cars. Wish it could last longer!
Thanks again, Richard.
I noticed about a 50/50 blend of left & right hand drive vehicles, which surprised me.
Masterpieces ❤
Wow wow wow. Great video on this year's outstanding line-up. The Ferrari 330 GTC Speciale is stunning. An amazing year. Thanks for bringing it to us.
Watching from Sydney Australia. Thank you so much for your insights into these wonderful cars. I will get there one year. Love all your videos.

Great job catching the show for us all. Thanks for the walk around. Keep up the great work Richard. Two thumbs up!
Holy forking shirt balls! That was cool as heck! Thanks.
thank you for this
Great video Richard - good call on the 540
Richard, your knowledge and enthusiasm makes all the difference. What a great year at Pebble!
Magnificent
I can't believe I watched the whole thing. It felt like ten minutes!
Wonderful video. Fantastic cars filmed with such such enthusiasm and knowledge. Loved it!
@8:17 I believe that's Donald Osborne from the Audrain (and Jay Leno bits)
Disculpa que ocupe mi lengua materna. Pero muchas gracias Ricardo increíble lo que nos muestras y compartes. Muchas gracias
Thanks for taking us all for a ride with you again, you do an amazing job and I look forward to your Pebble Beach edit

RMO- Great coverage as always! I missed the Lambo class this year! Keep on the good work!
Thanks dude, it’s like I was there!👍
Thanks 😊 for a great vidio
great stuff !! after reviewing my finances I believe with the correct financing I can afford a cocktail
Like 38. Wow, so nice to see
48:35... not long enough! That white Saoutchik Pegaso should have been Best of Show. Thanks Richard for a terrific tour!
It’s fantastic that all these early super cars have been preserved. Hope the owners enjoy them and drive them as intended.
I believe that was Donald Osborne at the 8:16 mark.
I was looking to see the Kurtis too bad not enough time great video
DAMN GOOD thanks
Did you walk through the Porsche's too that you can see at the end of the video?
Yes that was a separate take, thanks for watching
@@RichardMichaelOwen Excellent 👌
Awesome
@24:17 …”I’m Richard Michael Owen!” 😂🤣😂😎
Great 👍vrom Germany

Hi, you make the best car videos of your knowledge, dont get mute
Yes that was cool wow
1:16 and 26:30 The Admiral and his 1955 Ferrari :)
ITALA. Not ITALIA. So many beautiful cars. Someday, I'll get there. Nice job on the video .
Only 84 Pegasos were built and 10 of them are here!
Thanks so much Richard... i look forward greatly to your fantastic videos... so knowledgeable informative and always delivered in you laid back way. Are you at Revival this year ?
Thanks Charles great to have you along. Sadly no revival this year
Hello Richard, as always fantastic job ! Any chance for coverage of class P?
Was it Porsche?
@RichardMichaelOwen it was Lamborghini 60th anniversary. I know this is not your stuff but i was kinda hoping to see 3500GTZ and this gorgeous white Miura SV :) Thanks for quick reply 👍
I think the great Gordon Murray was sharing the view of that Soutchik Pegaso with you. Tall guy in the straw hat.
Apparently British coach builders referred to Figoni & Falaschi - as "Phony & Flashy"
The Donald Osborne @8:16
Any idea who is involved with the RM restoration shop? They seemed to have come out of nowhere and are doing top level work.
Rob Meyers started doing restorations out of Chatham Ontario. Through hard work and dedication he grew the business to a world class facility.
Quite high standards. Thanks for the information.
There's a little sadness here, rather like watching a collection of beautifully stuffed lions and tigers. Formerly grand beasts, reduced to display trinkets and status symbols.
Lovely video presentation and commentary though.
Was the Merci once owned by one of the top brass of the Third Reich? Apparently Hermann Goehring owned one but in a pale metallic blue colour.
Your 540k comment was prescient!
