Iowa brewers sue over THC limits in drinks

Next Friday, June 28, a federal judge will hear from both sides on whether or not to temporarily block Iowa's new Hemp law.
Climbing Kites and Field Day Brewing are two Iowa-based companies that have sued the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services over the new law. The lawsuit claims the law is unconstitutional and that the department doesn't have the authority to make its own interpretations of the law.
