I've got the spinning version of the Kuying Teton TTS510S, it is a superb little SUL rod. I paired mine with a tiny 500 size Shimano Vanford fixed spool reel
Nice one. I am just curious as to what the benefit os of using a baitcaster reel compared to a spinning reel? I have used a Penn multiplier for beachcasting with braid, but never really enjoyed it. I went back tousing large fixed spool reels. I might still use it for boat fishing.
baitcasters are ideal for casting big lure and make trolling super easy with their higher cranking power, it’s easier to press the switch all day to cast rather than flipping over the bailarm, this type of baitcaster is different though, it’s specifically made for casting micro lures down to 0.5 grams, it’s spool is super shallow also for very thin braids at 0.07mm diameter even smaller
Good video, got a new setup, not used yet but watching you has inspired me to give it a go asap. Cheers.
Good stuff man, you will have lots of luck on the new setup 👏

I didn’t realise shimano done vanfords that small, that sounds like a really fun setup 👌😁
@@senanstanleyfishing yes, they are not cheap the Vanfords (around €216), but any 500 size fixed spool goes great with the TTS510S
Good job. "fish on" 🐠
I can’t help but say it, it’s installed in me 😂
Nice little rod got the same con from Athlon good job.🎉🎉
Good fun man!
Great video mate. Welcome to the world of BFS
Thanks man, I learned a lot about it from your group, will be fun to test out for the river trout this year when our season opens ☺️
Nothing like a bfs setup 👌
Can’t wait to hook something of size on it 👌
Turn ya hand so handle faces the ground when you cast, helps stop the backlash,im new to bfs it helps alot.
Don’t think I’ve heard of that technique before but I’l give it a go 😎👍 the bfs is a whole new fishing experience for sure 😂👌
Awesome perch. I just got a genius reel. Having about 50% backlashing ratio lol. Need more practice
Ya the backlashing is really annoying 😂 can drive you mad 😂
Good fishing 🎣
Still trying to sort out the other footage 😂

Senan, I'll catch some perch tomorrow on a similar lure and upload it tomorrow. I think I have the 4cm version of that supercontinent in my tackle bag
Good stuff looking forward to seeing it man 😎
Good stuff as always..will she handle pulling up a shovel on the river?😂
I’ve no doubt she will come across a few shovels this season so we will see 😂😂😂🙌

Nice setup it's always nice to break in a new rod.
Thanks man, yeah Even the 1-10 gram dropshot rod felt super heavy after fishing with the Teton for an hour it’s gas 😅
@@senanstanleyfishing broke a 2-9g rod in Saturday there myself got a 30cm perch pb for myself slight addiction to perch now 😅
30cm is a savage perch to meet, anything 30cm and above I’d be absolutely delighted with 😂👍
Little clip :D its shark size clip :D
lol
