The main reason I keep coming back to watch your videos is because it's nice to see someone genuinely enjoy food so much, no matter what you're eating you're always so appreciative of what's on your plate or whatever you're about to consume, nothing ever goes to waste. Hey Quang can you give me some advice on making egg whites taste good without added calories? Usually i just put hot sauce on them but I was just wanting to switch it up and I'm coming to you because you are a good cook and you know how to spice things up. Btw keep it up you're cool and funny as hell :D
Hey brother! Without added calories.. That is a tough one. Without added calories. Its pretty much spices and hot sauce. What I like to do with my eggs whites is cook it scramble. And then in another pan make 1 cup of fired rice with sauteed shallots, 2 Tbls canned corn. Soy sauce and a touch of sesame oil. Then later mix it together and the volume on it its great because of the fluffy egg whites. Without added calories is a tough one because not too much to work with. If you can spare some more calories. I would do the fried rice. haha

BTW I thought they discontinued toys in cereal coz there is a law which says toys should not be in edible food items for safety reasons. It's the same reason why the Kinder Surprise egg isn't available in the US, not sure about Canada. However, it turns out that the reason they discontinued toys in cereal is coz of a law which says companies aren't supposed to directly target children in advertising for unhealthy sugary things.
That sounds about right to me too. It definitely got me wanting to buy the cereal because of the toy, when I was younger! haha
