Hello Ma’am Recently i got job in Accenture on oct 2023 and last month i have completed my probation period of 6 months and also received mail regarding probation period completed but the salary mentioned in offer letter i didn’t got in probation period . Im on project now and probation period also completed then as mentioned in offer letter will get full salary or not ? Please tell Ma’am.
@@savipatechzone818 no ma’am not calculated . By offer letter they giving us 4.20 lakh package oky . My first salaryas memtioned in paysilp montly gross earning was 34426 and in deduction section pf and Off cycle recovery 9180 was deducted.i got inhand salary 21700 .
Hello, I found your channel few days ago and i need to ask you a question regarding PAN issue My DOJ is expected to be on 17th Apr 2024 but i didn't have my PAN card, But they told that EPAN and Acknowledgement is Enough. But dud to mismatch of email in Acknowledgement, i failed to join on that day. Unfortunately i got my original PAN on the DOJ in my native place. I couldn't submit it on that day. I told this to HR and he tell me to Mail To Onboarding Team About the Original PAN I got and make to join on next batch Now, My doubt is, The next Onboarding date was May 22 (I Asked some of my friends about the date). Whether i could get my DOJ on next Month Itself or will it be any lagging in DOJ? (One of my friend is also in same problem and he joined on next month Itself).Could you please reply about this issue from your knowledge, Or can you please gather some info about this and make a reply to me Please? Waiting for your Response!❤❤
I hope you would get it in next batch itself, try to put mail to onboarding team to provide DOJ in very next batch, you are all set with your documents now. They would approve and provide you doj soon
You cant apply it for free, once you are in Accenture then only its possible if you wish to get certified normal way from Microsoft you need to apply but it would cost you from inhand
@@savipatechzone818 recently from Feb batch they have introduced this concept... If we have any certification you can skip the techgenics training and get deployed into the project in that area... If we don't have certification we can write a pre-assessment in any technology and if we clear it, we can also skip techgenics training. If we don't do both of the above ... We can proceed with the training and after that we will get the project.

Similarly, those who complete the pre-assessment in any technology stack can also be exempted. Otherwise, individuals are required to undergo Techgenics training for sure.

Even during probation period also you should get full salary, how did you calculate the salary?? Lpa divided by 12 months ??

No, but Accenture will provide some kind of Mcq's to practice ( practice exams) at end, similar conceptual questions would come in exam
