Sure one can choose to view it that way but it oftentimes happens when the race described is of a minority, so the contrary tends to be overlooked.

I could see similar humour in the same statement but signed off "white science guy" should, for example, Brian Cox have been at the core of the discussion. Here with it being a black guy simply opens the door to racial context or ambiguity, depending on preference, but therein lies the humour, I think.

I'll hit you with a real statistical fact right here: everyone becomes happier once they delete their twitter account. Twitter is a cesspool, and the more you read the angrier and stupider you become.
UA-cam is arguably a much bigger cesspool of toxic terrible people. Twitter is definitely negative and bad for mental health but at least it has a block button to block racists and white supremacists. UA-cam literally pays white supremacists and racist UA-cam channels for their spreading of misinformation and hate speach.

If the parent supports the child I think they have the right to almost dictate to some extent. By that I mean if the parent is paying for a lot of the child lifestyle whether that be paying for car / getting a licence, paying for school/college, giving child allowance etc etc. Could be a wide range of things.. cos by paying for these things the child is getting a head start on life. If you are a child who gets given money to be able to drive or a child who’s parent is connected with people and maybe they get the child a good job at 18… these are huge headstarts in life. Me personally, I have had pretty much zero financial support from any family since I was like 16, now that sounds bad but no one has even really dictated my actions since that age (I’m now 23) I don’t know if it’s relevant here but if you are RELIANT on your parent then you have to suck up your feelings and try become independent. If you’re independent they cannot dictate you anywhere near as much… For example, I got myself driving with my own money, bought my own car, crashed my own car, got my car fixed again, got crashed into, got a payout, bought a new car, crashed my new car, fixed my new car… i promise im not lying… the reason I said this is because I did this all whilst living at home and my parents had ZERO involvement in any of these incidents because everything was my responsibility… I chose to fix things myself… one thing I’ll say though, being independent comes with a lot of freedom but you WILL fuck up and you WILL have to fix things yourself. There’s no escaping certain things and you just have to be strong enough to keep going and believing in yourself. Everything is a lesson in life if you allow it to be (I think this is true 99% of the time) Peace to everyone 👌🏼

Why do you think we (scientists) have been using NaCl in equations which contains common salt as products or reactants. You can't call coca cola as water cuz its properties be it chemical or physical don't match with it. Just like epsom salt, though it is almost entirely water you can't call it water cuz it just makes up 53% by weight. Even coca cola u think its almost all water, its just 89%. While in common salt u call it NaCl, cuz 99% of common salt is NaCl. And there is a difference between 89% and 99%. Hits too close to home my dude.
@@mahfuzvx3967 definitely too close...
That’s my dad
If the parent supports the child I think they have the right to almost dictate to some extent. By that I mean if the parent is paying for a lot of the child lifestyle whether that be paying for car / getting a licence, paying for school/college, giving child allowance etc etc. Could be a wide range of things.. cos by paying for these things the child is getting a head start on life. If you are a child who gets given money to be able to drive or a child who’s parent is connected with people and maybe they get the child a good job at 18… these are huge headstarts in life.
Me personally, I have had pretty much zero financial support from any family since I was like 16, now that sounds bad but no one has even really dictated my actions since that age (I’m now 23)
I don’t know if it’s relevant here but if you are RELIANT on your parent then you have to suck up your feelings and try become independent. If you’re independent they cannot dictate you anywhere near as much…
For example, I got myself driving with my own money, bought my own car, crashed my own car, got my car fixed again, got crashed into, got a payout, bought a new car, crashed my new car, fixed my new car… i promise im not lying… the reason I said this is because I did this all whilst living at home and my parents had ZERO involvement in any of these incidents because everything was my responsibility… I chose to fix things myself… one thing I’ll say though, being independent comes with a lot of freedom but you WILL fuck up and you WILL have to fix things yourself. There’s no escaping certain things and you just have to be strong enough to keep going and believing in yourself. Everything is a lesson in life if you allow it to be (I think this is true 99% of the time)
Peace to everyone 👌🏼

@@elonquemattheson6151 I can't tell if you're trolling so if you are then that's on me and I will take the r/woosh.
"Mass shootings are completely trivial, they have zero effect on anyone's life." They affect the life of literally everyone involved. They affect the teachers and students who have to watch their pupils get murdered. They affect the families that are just that little bit less whole.
Talking about a human life as if it were something with no effect on the world has been a bad idea that everyone's recognized, and if you don't believe me, that's literally the entire plot of "It's A Wonderful Life". There is more to a human than their appearance in the world.
