You don't see people get this hyped over music anymore. Man Head was my damn hero back in high school. 90's to early 2000's was amazing time to be a teenager.
Theres so much history in this video, actually, and itll age like so even more. I mean just how everything looked and a time in their lives theyll never see again being older now, and all their fun memories. From the bus they were on to the taco bell , things will never ever be the same and were never quite the same before this decade, either. Just, beautiful.
My mom says she can remember when I was 5 years old we saw Korn rolling through the streets on a tank while visiting Toronto. I can only imagine what 5 year old me thought. For some reason children of the Korn has always come to mind and I don’t know why. Especially with ice cube. All these years and now I know why. I heard this song while they roamed the streets at 5 years old and have been an influence ever since
People forget how much those guys popped when Follow the Leader came out. They had more hype than any other band for a while. I wonder how rich they all got.
According to Jon, Korn was of the last wave of rock bands that REALLY made money. From 97 to 2000 they made good money with tours and record sales. They had budget to make awesome videos, also. After that, Napster and P2P happened and most of the musicians started to do less and less, and videos became so much simpler and with adds.
It's crazy the world had no idea about Linkin Park yet. That is insane to think about. Just 2 years later, the greatest and biggest selling nu metal debut of the decade comes out with a very cutting edge sound that impacted nearly all bands to come. Anyways, Korn is sick.
in this video, Manki looked handsome that you can not take his eyes off him. Because in this recording he looked handsome because he is the best-looking 28-year-old guy in this recording. That's why I love him as he says in this recording.

so jealous of everyone who grew up then. they’re still my heroes but it makes me sad that music changed so much
@@elviradistress only a matter of time; maybe there can be a come back!
i’m 14 and head is my here
damn wish people were still this enthusiastic about good music
It's amazing to see how freakin huge these guys were.
Limp Bizkit was even Huger.. Thanks to Korn.
Bizkit & Korn, Korn & Bizkit
I've come full circle..loved them in 98..embarrassed by them in 2010..
2021..respect the first three albums for being innovative.
@@zenunderground all of their albums lately have been killer tho
I know right

Korn ruled the world at one point💯
i was there when they were on the tank on yonge street in toronto. it was my 15th birthday. it was insane.
I remember that.
I was there too. Great memories.
Just posted the press conference from that day, right before they jumped on the tank and rode down to HMV….THATS metal!

Never liked Linkin Park, It just seemed tooo formulaic.

In their prime! If only they were still 20 something.
Fieldy's look back then is hilarious!
I was 12 in 1998 and a huge KoRn fan.
Same but 11. I worshipped this band lol
I remember when korn was this big I saw them in 97 with rob zombie
Same. Rock is Dead Tour
they all look so young
That's cool that the kid followed them in a cab and got out and they still gave him an autograph! Cool then and they are still cool now!
I was there, gave david my bands demo cassette while he was riding on the tank
now thats a dream come true for these guys
Those 2 chicks at the Taco Bell were living under a fucking rock if they didn't know Korn.
They might have just been acting surprised 😁
yoo they stayed at the Cambridge suites in Toronto! I still park there when I work in the evenings to this day, looks the same as it did in 1998
David said it the radio sucks they're bunch of interesting bands right now that they don't give them a chance but now days there's UA-cam

What features do you need to be a korn girl? A kornhole of course!
Taco bell was good back in the day. 90s Slayer was good too. But Korn as a pre teenager was awesome.

They use an app for the glitch effect.
Head circa 1998: Heavy music’s gonna take over, so you can put away stuff like Third Eye Blind, all that crap they play. People want real music.
