ADC to sadar riyasat J&K Maharaja Dr Karan Singh Ji.
Defence services staff College Wellington under FM Manekshaw.
General Staff Officer, MT 20, Army Headquarters.
Commanded 9 J&K Rifles in Khemkaran Punjab in 1965 which created Battle of Asaluttar and got Battle Honour.
Senior instructor IMA Dehradun.
General staff, Mountain Division West Bengal/ Sikkim.
Commanded an Infantry Bridge in J&K.
Director NCC Delhi State.
Commanded Mountain Division in Eastern Sector,Arunachal Pradesh Assam and Nagaland.
Military Secretary to the President of India.
Additional Director General Territorial Army, raised World's first Ecological Battalions.
After retirement was President Dharmarth Trust and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine.
President Jammu and Kashmir Ex services League, laid two Sainik housing colonies.
Raised J&K Paryavaran Sanstha to take care of the ecology and environment of the Shivaliks and Himalayas.

Maharaja Hari Singh was betrayed by Nehru. Maharaja was called to Delhi and told to stay away from J&K for six months but he was not allowed to come back and ultimately he passed away on 26.4.1961. Shops remained closed for 3 days in Kashmir as a mark of respect to their last ruler. Nizam Hyderabad was made Rajya Pramukh by Nehru after a limited war whereas Maharaja Hari Singh signed instrument of accession with India and he was ousted from the State but a cruel justice by Nehru.
