    After being in the fridge, if you flip the coconut cream can upside down and then open it you will have the liquid on top, which makes it really easy to pour off. This helps prevent from getting any liquid in your mixture.

    Looks beautiful. We love having our trifle with peach, apricot and berries. I will make this recipe for sure. It is what I look forward to every christmas but being vegan it's obviously a no go now. Considering all the cream and jelly as well as cake it's quite amazing how you managed to make a 100% vegan alternative. So grateful! Thanks Ella xx

    you have a springform for baking so you don't have to cut out the circle and but it in.... just open it put the parchement paper on the mittle part and but the circle thing around it and then put it together.... so much easier!!!!

    To stop your sponge rising in the centre and splitting, wrap the baking tin with a thick strip of damp newspaper before putting in the oven.

    please do a sugar free version of this amazing trifle, stevia can replace sugar in the custard and adding vanilla essence to custard sweetens it, and something to replace the 2 cups of sugar in the vanilla sponge, vanilla extract, orange juice and dates or jam are great sweeteners - sugar is a poison

      @shannaveganamcinnis-hurd405 5 років тому

      I used to think exactly what you are thinking. But I was SUPER WRONG. Just think about it. Why does a cow produce milk? For her baby. Did you know that every glass of milk people drink is MEANT FOR A BABY COW. The babies are taken away from moms right after they are born...can't have them taking the milk that dairy needs to SELL TO HUMANS😡 The boys are killed because they are of no use to dairy farmers or they are kept alive for a couple of months to be killed for veal. The girls have it even worse, they get to be raped and confined and have their babies stolen from them time and time again, until they can no longer produce enough milk. This is called a SPENT cow. They are then KILLED JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHERS. They live their lives as slaves for human greed. When I found this out I was shocked. Watch EARTHLINGS and COWSPIRACY on Netflix I believe.
