I've installed the same product in my bedroom. Its a quality product, the light is bright enough for night time use. I've only tested the winter mode for the fan, circulating the heat trapped in the ceiling and circulating it down to the sleeping area. I leave it on for ten minutes and the bedroom warms further. I'll have to wait until summer happens here in Manchester UK before I can see if the fan has a cooling effect at night. The fan on its lowest setting seems quiet enough but again, not tested for night time sleeping.

It says 110 Volts (AC) as expected for products used in the USA.
Both 110 aka 120 ac and 220 aka 240 ac is used in the usa. 240 ac is reserved for higher output appliances such as your washer or dryer for clothes or your stove if it's electric. Also if your a handy person or mechanic 240 is used often in garages for air compressors and other high powered tools that need to still be plugged in. Although most jobs can be completed with portable battery options these days both 240 and 120 are used in every household. But you are correct most consumer products are rated for 120 ac in the usa because that's all our normal house outlets can supply.
Are the led lights replaceable when it stop working?
I don't think so but they should last very long
Does it come apart so I clean it?
I don't recommend taking it apart because it's difficult to reinstall. Just use a handheld duster.

You could get a bigger ceiling fan and you could put that one in your closet and then you can install the bigger ceiling fan in your bedroom
