Great video - thank you. We installed this fan but it's always on, the switch doesn't turn it on/off. The remote works fine but since the switch won't turn it off, we can't pair it. Do you know how to fix this?
Did you follow the instructions on pairing? Maybe your wiring is connected to another wall switch too.
I can tell you now that certain wall switches won't let you pair things with Alexa, I have a wall switch that slides left to right that connects to my fan and I didn't even attempt to pair it with the app because I already no it won't work, but what I plan on doing soon is, I will try to turn the breaker of and on three times, if that doesn't work then I will remove the wall switch and replace it with on that goes up and down witch will fix the problem
It's two ways to pair the fan, and if you have a 2/4 -5Ghz you have to turn off the 5Ghz before pairing to make all the commands work properly, if you don't no how to turn off the Ghz first, then you will have to call your cable company to walk you through it
Can this be hard for a slanted ceiling does it come with the bar adaptors

A: Yes but has no angle adjustment

Yes if by main light you mean the bottom light of the fan.
I'm interested in this fan do you know if its possible to disable the wireless function at times?
I'm not sure you can because the remote is used to control everything. Just don't use it if it's set to what you want.

Yes it is. It looks great in my home gym.
How do you clean the blades?

A: Yes, the grill twist off and the blades come off as well.

When you turn on the fan it pretty much cleans itself of the dust.

Yes. It has brightness type and level adjustment.
Does the fan work without the light on?
That is a very good question. I literally just tested it out and it does.

Is there an option to rotate the air when blown down?
I don't understand the question. It either blows down or sucks air up.
@@Jay_Rule there are some fans that when the air blows down the vents, the bents can rotate to direct the air flow around

@@Jay_Rule ok thx. Yes i had another brand that did rotated the airflow. How ever the light stayed on at a dim level when I turned the light off with the remote. So still shopping around for one of these fans.

What do you mean not rainbow? The LEDs can only display one color at a time.
