Did you notice Brian had his guitar in his lap on piano, then played guitar while Freddie played piano👑👑💛 do White Queen live at Hammersmith it's mind blowing.
This song gives me the chills every time I hear it. Written by Brian May and friends, it is beautiful, sad and in a way hopeful. Thank you for your reaction. Brian May is lead guitar (played piano in the beginning of this song) with the big, curly hair. John Deacon plays Bass and has either long brown wavy hair early or short hair later on. Roger Taylor is the Drummer.
Brian May is the lead guitarist and wrote this song. He built his guitar with his father when he was 16. He made it himself because he couldn't afford an electric guitar and also because he wanted to have a sound that was his own and he knew exactly the sound he wanted and how to get it. The guitar is made out of wood from an old fireplace and he called it the Red Special. He still plays it today. He is highly educated and was writing his PhD in Astrophysics when he got too busy with Queen and abandoned it. He finally finished his PhD in 2007 and became Dr Brian May. He has worked with NASA and is also an animal activist with an animal sanctuary called Save Me. The bassist, John Deacon has a first class Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and the drummer has a degree in Biology and Freddie Mercury has a degree in graphic design and designed the Queen crest. They are a talented bunch!
The genius of Queen- all playing several instruments- Freddie and his fantastic voice- yes that was Brian May with the long curly hair- he continued his schooling and is actually an Astrophysicist- he has conferred with NASA. All members are university grads. Genius
Great reaction! 😃 The long haired handsome Legend playing electric guitar and even piano in the beginning is Dr. Brian May 🎸 Check out 'Princes Of The Universe' (1986) by Queen 👑 You'd love it! Cheers from the Netherlands 🥂
Thanks for reacting to my suggestion. Queen live is a whole other level. I saw this concert The Game tour August 1980 in Indianapolis and the Hot Space tour May 1982. Brian has always been my favorite he is so talented but doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Freddie is the best front man but Queen is more than Freddie. Without all 4 of them you would not have a band. 😁
AWESOME REACTION...... I CAN'T WAIT for you to react to "Another One Bites The Dust", hopefully LIVE from this SAME MONTREAL 1981 concert.... It's my FAV version!!
I attended many Queen concerts in the 70s and 80s they were at the forefront of musical videos , no Auto tune in these times just pure genius and talent ,
I love your enthusiasm and appreciation for Queen. "LIAR" Live at the Rainbow 1974", "Stone Cold Crazy" also at Rainbow 1974, and "You Take My Breath Away " live 1976 Hyde Park are all excellent
Hello AcesKing!! 💟 “Save Me” is a song penned by Brian about a friend who was going thru a break-up!! IMO that friend was Freddie who had recently broke up with Joe Fanelli. Anyway, I love the transition with Brian on piano then very stealth-like Brian’s ready for his guitar solo. Of course, Freddie takes over at piano which is always a treat!! Brian is a terrific lyricist you should check out WHITE QUEEN live at Hammersmith 1975.
It's about Freddie and Mary Austin, who he knew and kinda dated himself (Brian knew her before Freddie). Lol the notion that Brian would be writing about Freddie's relationship with a third party that he knew nothing anout is absurd
@@GilesMcRiker Only my opinion … Joe started out as Freddie’s boyfriend in 1978-79 (Joe broke up with Freddie). He would become an extraordinary friend & personal chef of Freddie’s. Brian said … “Joe was wonderful, good natured guy, and was a dedicated vegan, but he cooked all of Freddie’s meals which were generally steaks!” Brian wrote Save Me in 1979 released 1980.
Love this song and the Montreal performance is the best I’ve personally seen. Freddie’s voice is beautiful on the verses and powerful on the chorus. I, also, heard a recent interview with Brian where he said he wrote the song about Freddie. Freddie will forever be the greatest vocalist and the only frontman of Queen. Incredible band! They were all so talented!
Brian plays lead guitar, John plays bass. The guitar Brian plays was made by his father and him - from bits and pieces lying around his home, when he was 16-17 yrs old. Also.. and you may have already been told this - Brian is an astrophysicist, and works occasionally with NASA on projects. So much to learn about Queen.. all of it great!! Thanks for a great reaction.
Beautiful reaction to an amazing song love this song it’s always a pleasure seeing someone react to the greatest group that ever existed so sad Freddie is no longer with us god bless him sending love and prayers to you and everyone in this troubled world thank you x x
You are doing a wonderful job with your Queen reactions. If you stay on the ball, you will work yourself up to Wembley 86...you will be amazed how great they are. -They have the most dedicated fan base, me included. Thank you very kindly. ☮ Sending Love, Peace and Joy across the pond
It was Brian May you were picturing, He's lead guitar (solos) & stands stage left. John Deacon is the bass guitar player (no solos, well very very few). He stands stage right & is nearest to the piano.
Brian started on the piano - and the the guitar - that he built with his father when he was a teen-ager - - and still play it now at the age of 75. John is playing the bass, Roger is drummer - and Freddie is the lead singer. They are considered the best group in all times- For now you must concentrate on Queen. Don't ever pause in the middle of Brians guitarsolos by the way!
I love ur channel love the positive vibes an that you do all music I loved when you did Yelawolf! Maybe check out a kinda new young band GRETTA VAN FLEET OUT OF MICHIGAN THEY ARE GOOD 👍🔥😘🥰😍💯🌞💋🌹❣️🌼💗💛💜🧡🦢🌻😄🐈🍀☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️
I wouldn't worry too much bout the tank top thing. They call it a vest. And their boxers pants lmfao. Only number one word to not get wrong is rubber because a rubber in Britain is an eraser not a condom.lol I only joke I love the British people but some of their words confuse the crap out of me because when they say pavement they're talking about the sidewalk, and dish soap is fairy soap. Learning the ins and outs of how different we refer to things is something that takes a long time of studying or watching British shows I'm pretty sure I'm good enough to not like get stabbed for saying the wrong thing over there but not totally familiar with all the slang term
Son unos XXXGIRLS.Uno de los mejores conciertos ❤️ Son unos de los mejores conciertos, no puede ir pero de tan solo verlos desde pantalla 9, se que estuvok sorprendente...
You know, if you cannot work out "is this Brian?" or "is this John?" when you are doing a Queen reaction video, then I suggest you should not EVER be doing a Queen reaction video. Even the most absolute, minimal "awareness" research before you venture something like this would reveal that to you. Sorry - no support, and very definitely no "love", even though you apparently "liked it" well enough.

Dragon Attack from this same concert is amazing.

Wow I didn't see that , thanks for letting me know.

Fun watching you discover Queen and Freddie Mercury, truly one of the best vocalists ever!
Very beautiful song written by Brian. Performed to perfection by Freddie
Not just Freddie the whole band x

The thing that slays me is the whammy bar on the Red Special is one of his Mom’s knitting needles.
❤❤❤Love Freddie Mercury ❤❤❤

Brian May-guitar/vocals, Roger Taylor-drums/vocals, John Deacon-bass/some back vocals and Freddie Mercury-piano/vocals
John's mic was always turned down low because, by his own admission, he couldn't sing.
All four wrote that's why Queen's music is so diverse

HI Debra, HOW ARE YOU?? I never heard that theory, that this song might be about Freddie and Joe Fanelli ?!?!?!
Brian recently admitted it was about freddie

thx for this one! Nice!
Freddie, Brian, Roger, John = Four geniuses

Brian May - guitar, John Deacon - Bass, Roger Taylor - Drums, Freddie Mercury - Vocals, piano.
There's many gems....
Great to see Brian on the piano.
you must watch the live aid concert. Queen gave the best performance EVER and stole the show.

Thanks, Aces -- Brian started out on piano in this - with his guitar IN HIS LAP... and also, he wrote the song... lol
It is Brian May on lead guitarist, that guitar he made with his father !
It’s Brian … and he does NOT look like Howard Stern ! 🤣
John is the one in the all-blue outfit
