Sir Randall you are truly just one down to earth good knowledgeable person about the sport of bass fishing, you are much to be respected and appreciated
Excellent on the water video.... REALLY love the demonstration of the action of the lures in the water .. lot better than trying to demonstrate with the lure in your hand.. keep the on the water videos coming ! !
C'mon to Texas Randy, we will show you some pollen! Between the pollen, dead grass and lack of rainfall some areas are brutal to gain that bite. Have a blessed evening sir!
I wish I lived close to Randy….that would be a fun lesson on the water. But, down here in FL, it’s like being in another country. The lakes, the methods, dealing with the other anglers/boaters, the 500 tournaments a month (that hijack the entire lake).
What a fantastic video, what kind of advice would you give to someone that is fishing canals or shallow areas in marina’s where they are doing some work on grinding up the vegetation and it gets hard to use a-lot of lures because of the pieces of small grass and stuff in the water.
Love the on the water content, Randy! A mount for your phone and this only gets better. I’ll try a white pearl fluke, horny toad and worm tomorrow. THANKS 🎣
Randy I do t know if you’ll see this. I do a lot of fishing on the go and I’m sure several of us do. I fish from a kayak, do ultralight and tenkara on trails, sometimes I’ll hit multiple creeks or rivers in a day going accross the state. I’m curious, if you had two rods, and two let’s be generous and say 3700 size tackle boxes one for each rod. How would you load it? I think having advice on how to load a tackle box per rod would be very interesting. I have changed this for years off and on.
6-8" white soft jerkbait is always tied on this time of year...pollen i can deal with, it's that cotton that starts falling a little later that makes fishing real tough..sticks to the line HORRIBLY
@@Chainoflakesguy obviously not only can u not catch fish legitimately, you're not intelligent enough to know cotton getting inside a reel wreaks havoc..😂 Now, I see why u use FFS...Cheatscope for dummies
I like the way you showed the lures in the water! Reminded me of Richard Gene!! You should go fishing with him, it would be an awesome video
I happen to be fishing a pollen-covered pond right now-I’m all ears!
Wish I was there. I love that shit. Make a wake in it and hold on to your rod.

I think topwaters work really good in heavy pollen. They know somethings there when something is splitting that pollen on the surface. I love it.
White zoom trick worm is in my top 5 for April baits
Great video Randy. This is a great time of year !
I'm going Saturday morning. Thanks for the ideas on what to throw and where to concentrate my efforts.
Thanks Randy, great segment ! I appreciate the info !

These videos remind me of the ole pros pointers at the end of Bassmaster s shows ! Learned more from those than anything good video
Great video Randy ! 😎 👍🏻

I love the on the water stuff Randy

Nice Randy!
But. When pollen is on the water that means it’s time to come on a vacation at our ranch! Spring time ranching!
Good to know that whites and pearls work good. That will make color selections much easier.
For me : Pollen = Frog next Buzz Bait then worm
Nice demo Randy

Fished that exact spot yesterday on Table Rock.

I don't miss that stuff. Every cast....what a pain! Not an issue in GA like it was in NY.
Cotton makes kayak fishing tough for you but guys with ffs are the ones who can’t fish? 😂

You had me at pollen.
9" ms slammer in perch
Use a Super Fluke pearl and yes I have caught 25 in one hour.
Side note* white and pearl work best is lakes with shad oriented bass
The pollen acts like a pool cover, it’s cozy, warm and shady under there.
I bet a little wake bait would do well
White all the way !!!!!
Why does BASS have tournaments during the spawn. All those eggs left at the beds when the bass are caught and not returned to the water for 7 hours.
I do best from now to May 15th
Using a floating worm to locate fish on bed seems an awful lot like spotlighting to me.
Enjoy on the wall
Cool. At least we aint got to listen to ffs arguments. Thanks.
