Great arrivals.. it's like a kid in a candy store! I don't think my mind could handle the overload, my brain would melt down. Thanks and can't wait for more.
Airailimages ; 👍 Thanks for sharing this video with us this morning. While I love all Aircraft, the WW2 Warbirds are my favorite. Sure would have loved seeing more of them. There was a B-25 here in North Idaho this weekend, also, Sentimental Journey was here. I heard, then saw the B-25 flying over head a dozen or more times. What a Bird. Ever since I saw 30 Seconds Over Tokyo while I was in elementary school, the B-25 has remained my favorite War Bird. Thanks again. Stan in North Idaho Again, thanks for sharing.
Man, that brings back so many memories. I went 10 straight years from 1971 - 1980. GREAT TIMES. Just as busy then as it is now. It was so much fun just sitting on the flight line watching the airplanes land and listening to the chaos in the control tower.
I love watching all of the various types on your videos. Watching all of those aircraft trying to sequence and land on the the colored dots is such a treat lol.
@@airailimages It has been a few years since I've been but one of the best parts of the event was watching the airplanes land and holding a scanner listening to the controllers work everyone down. Love your UA-cam channel!
Scanners are a hoot at Oshkosh -- when I am operating solo on the field, I have more gear to tend, and had to give up the scanner. But it is a great tool. Thanks for watching!
Incredible video ! Great editing made this really interesting and addictive to watch. Such a treat for those not able to experience this in person. Thank you for sharing !
Oshkosh is always a great aircraft venue! Thanks again for the fantastic video! Never get enough of those wonderful planes. As always God bless you and yours Mr Johnsen and thanks again for everything you do! God bless the USA!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I’m so impressed at how well osh is well organized and effectively well loaded out from controllers to ground personnel to event coordinators to store and alike well done
Music very nice, appropriate. Audio accented with fleeting snippets of ATC is delightful. Wondering why departures are shown, and so many Cessnas, etc.
Thanks! Departures might be anything from demonstration flights for potential customers, or any number of general operations that still go on. The Cessnas were a mass arrival that was planned by Cessna owners.
Love to make Oshkosh someday. Yellow Stinson in first 3 or 4 minutes of video out of private strip in Adelanto where I fly my ultralight. Nice to see it on this video.
I saw a DC3/C47 fly over the house a day or two ago, no doubt Oshkosh bound and maybe the same one in the opening shot. I'm in northern Milwaukee County.
And the Winner is . . . N707BR A vee tail. Yes, the sometimes ill-spoken of Bonanza V-Tail made the best landing out of any these shown. 7:39 to see the glory Somebody please tell the owner/pilot.
Scary DC3 landing 9okay, C 47) I was in one just like that when the plane almost stood on its nose. As soon as we were on the ground, the owner was up in the cockpit...
What we did not mention in the text is there was commercial music playing on the PA system as the A-26 was landing, and we have to kill that, unfortunately. We will always keep ambient audio when it is usable. Thanks for watching, and thanks for commenting.
Seeing that CH-53E arrive is quite a surprise, because, in all of the years that I've watched AirVenture videos, I've never seen any Marine Corps rotor craft attend, at all, untill this year.
@@airailimages Hey Fred, I just want you to know that in a new video posted by Vintage Aviation News, I saw two BF-109s in the Warbird area, which has to be a first.
Thanks for the video. I would love to go and it is only 3 hours away but I am not able to do all the walking once I get there. Do you happen to know what military jet it is at 11:45? I have not seen this one before.
Now that's how you land a C-47 and keep from straying and on the ground, great skill. Too bad a couple of spam cans photobombed the touchdown but eh, c'est la vie.
Love these videos! I think from and educational standpoint, it'd be nice to have the name of the aircraft for each one. But, that's asking for far too much in the production time. Just a thought! Thank you!
I mean no disrespect to GA aircraft and pilots, but that Cessna waddling in between the camera lens and that beautiful C-47 landing tail-high was an abomination. 😒
It just happened that a huge flight of Cessnas arrived en masse and taxied to parking in a huge elephant walk. Can't always control those mass arrivals, doggone it! Hope you enjoyed the video just the same!

The first arrival. Invasion stripes! Yes, so nice. That's one interesting pitch after touchdown. I held my breath for a few seconds.
Only way to land it. Tail gots to be uppp. Same with DC3 - Needs lots of rudder control.

Nice video. But many pilots didnt put power and landed BEFORE the green dot. = Undershot the landing.

After President Paul left the Oshkosh leadership got greedy as hell so I stopped going. I even went when it was held at Hales Corners in the 60s.
