- How to make a rich and moist Chocolate Bread Fix.
Here's what you'll need:
2/3 cups dutch process cocoa powder (68g)
1/4 cup melted butter (60ml) unsalted
1/4 cup oil (60ml)
1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
1/2 cup white sugar (100g)
2 large eggs
1 cup milk (250ml)
1/2 tbsp vanilla (7ml)
1/2 tbsp baking powder (7g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 cups all purpose flour (250g)
1 cup bitter sweet or semi-sweet chocolate chips (150g) plus more for toppings

Your recipes are amazing, I tried the blueberry loaf (without the lemon) and it was amazing! Everyone loved it.
I just baked this and the outside is not as soft as it looks in your video! Maybe I over baked! I’ll give it another try soon.

Thank you for the recipe! I'm new to baking but this was easy and straightforward enough to follow. It turned out ok. It was soft and sweet, but not as moist as yours look in the video. A little more practice and I should get the hang of it. Thanks again!!

Just made it today. Instead of 2 cups flour I put 1.5 cups almond flour +0.5 cup flour; butter instead of oil; 1/3 cup cocoa. Came out good except because of the almond flour, I should've added 3 eggs instead of two. Would've been more dense and less fluffy. I was also thinking of adding 1/4 cup yogurt but forgot.
