I would want to mention paint too, it can have a huge effect on how your build turns out. It might seem a little intimidating concidering it opens up a countless amount of options but you don't need to go crazy with it. Building a wooden house? Brown paint will be wonderfull to make the colors more consistent if you are using different wood types. Working with stone? All bricks are beautiful in grey color! Want to make something in a specific color? You have that option and can use diiferent hues that are similiar to each other
My favorite use for paint is white paint on actuated blocks, making them close to their original color, but not being obstructive. Also painting background walls with certain paints also has a similar effect.
@@moomooha234 One of my first uses of paint was on my ps4 world, I made a house out of dynasty themed blocks and I made one half with shadow paint and the other with negative paint and honestly I thought it was the coolest thing I had ever made. Now the coolest thing ive ever made was a Base that looks like a giant Sword in the ground. Was on my Legendary/infernum/fargos eternity Run.
I LOVE collecting and gathering paintings. yeah its a little unpracticle sometimes when underground because they clog up inventory but they are great!

Funnily enough, i used to make my houses out of slime blocks, honeycomb walls, glass walls for windows, and used 3 glass blocks on the outside walls for imitating windows, etc. Sometimes, i even used dynasty shingles and paint to make stylized roofs.

I'd like to point out that the ocean pylon is downright useless if you get a magic conch.
it can look nice as decoration, as there is no block quite like it.

I first started watching you in 6th grade or my 5th-grade year of school. It was during the pandemic, and I was instantly addicted to your videos and personality, especially your voice and the way you talked. I watched you from your series like the summoner and beginners guide and other ones (its been so long I forget the names). After about a year or 2 of slow uploads, I slowly drifted away from your channel and occasionally came back to see new vids and the q n a. Finally, I randomly wanted to check your channel right now, and it's crazy that you're uploading again. I'm in 10 grade now, and you were a large part of my childhood. I always wanted to start making various building, but each time I get overwhelmed by the amount of furniture and paint there are. Can't choose one, don't know how to work with them competently. Thank you for the video, now I have a little bit more willpower to try again

as of right now, I'm currently renovating my NPC houses to be up to my current standards, because, they didn't exactly look, GOOD, their roofs were often the same/similar, the blocks were usually basic, and it also felt somewhat empty, now I use blocks like Living Wood, rather than planks because planks suck major balls. Currently 7 houses in, I'll try my best to let everyone know when they are all up to my standards

Hey, i really enjoy your content. But i have one request. Can you make videos for the best equipment you can get at each stage of the game using any in world means progression. Like before you defeat each boss, how you can optimize each class, from before you defeat a single boss to after defeating moon lord. I think with that series, you'd gain a lot of views from people trying to optimize their build before taking on each boss. And it would let people know their options for progression and how to make classic, expert and master modes. I think you're one of the few entertaining enough that learning would be fun for them. Even if the grind may be tedious
