Hi Jackie, after three long weeks of watching all your videos, day in and day out I decided to call FSBOs. It took me a day and a half to muster the courage to call FSBOs. I dialed four, reached one. She is an agent that let her license lapse. Got a tentative appointment, because I didn’t really overcome her objections. Nevertheless although it’s a small win for me I just wanted to thank you for everything you teach in these videos.

What would you say if a fsbo says on the listing appointment they are willing to work with a buyer agent: throwing “bring me a buyer” objection. And when I speak about exposure, they say: oh, we are getting a ton of calls from buyer’s agents so we got enough exposure. How to address that question?

I seen this video after I previewed the fsbo property. Now I'm chasing and want to List it. I'm not sure how to recover. Can you do a video on recovering once you fumble the fsbo
