They all sound very confident and have the same objections.

Jackie, if a FSBO says "NO REALTORS" in the listing description, should we still try to call them and get the listing?
She took 21 minutes to get a 20-minute meeting that is a maybe. And she repeated the same thing after the guy had agreed for a good 5 minutes. I would not have heard her for this long , especially after she kept repeating herself in different ways. I mean I respect Jackie but maybe this was not the best call to put on youtube.

What about the objection here directly from a fsbo "I'm not looking to list with a realtor. But I will be putting this in the MLS in a couple days. If you have a buyer then that's great but I am not paying 1% for someone to Put my home In the MLS, I can do that myself" what do you reply with this one?
Flat fee for MLS is a commission objection. All commission objections are handled by showing the value of what you do.

I don't go on listing appointments anymore. I am a full time real estate coach. The appointments are referred out.
