This was wonderful and hit spots I wasn't even thinking about(like the backs of my legs)! Only thing I would personally want to add is some neck/shoulder/upper back type stretches to make this a complete stretch. You seem like a wonderful teacher, calm voice, able to walk me through the stretches without having to look at the screen too much. Namaste 🙏🏻🧘🏻♀️

I noticed that I wake up stiff in the mornings when it's hot, and came to this. Not only did it loosen up tension, but the quiet and slow way you did this really was good for my pitta-vata dosha.
Hi find this video very helpful ... I am 65 and started ballet 10 years ago ... my hips are very very stiff nil flexibility... how can I get more flexibility into them ... I can only lift my leg between 45 and 90 degree thanks Anne
This is exactly what I needed. I just lost over 60 pounds solely through diet. I know my new body is capable of so much more but I've been back at yoga for a couple weeks and it just seems like my muscles are all locked up and I don't know how I'll make any progress.
I ended this lesson with a plank to down dog the. Finished on a child's pose, as I needed some upper body stretch (started weights). But thanks for the video, liked :)

This stiffness yoga what u have shown is good for fibromyalgia people? Because if i lift weights i used to get stiffness near to my shoulder and its paining.. Please tell me the yoga to reduce that stiffness, pain and to give strength to muscles
I am so tight in my entire body that I can barely grab my knee like in the early part of the sequence. My belly gets in the way too which throws off my breathing. In fact I can’t do almost any of these for this reason. My entire body is like steel bands. I wish so badly I weren’t this way. What to do? Thank you!
Hi my ehole bofy muscles are very stiff due to effect of medicine taken in child hood..massage also can not help to loose my muscles ..just suggest some remedies for that
Question: I am just beginning Yoga and my muscles are stiff and I have poor flexibility from inactivity and being overweight. Is it ok put my foot on the side instead of in between during the deep lunge? Also in Happy Baby pose my stomach again gets in the way.. is it ok to just pull behind my knee? I find that I cannot keep the pose for as long as you are in the video.. I have to stop and go back into the pose.. 🤔
Hi, there! In regards to low lunge, it is okay to keep the foot on the side instead and as for happy baby, you can absolutely hold behind the knee instead of the feet. I hope that helps! Defintiely let me know if you have more questions.

I had the same issue. I think standing bent knee exercises would have been way better and allow space for a belly.

It was mostly lower body. I wish you had added upper body for those, like me, that struggle with a tight upper body.
