Great video! Just picked up a 2020 and I’ve been going back and forth on a leveling kit or 3in. Lift. You have the exact wheels and tire setup I’ve decided on. Seeing these on your leveled truck I believe just made up my mind. Looks great!!
Looks fantastic!! Excellent choices man. Fitment is perfect!
Love your F150; this is exactly how I would put one together!! 👍✌️🔥🔥
Nice! Love clean and simple builds
That's a nice truck! Love the tires and wheels.
LOVE IT VERY NICE RIDE BRO
The truck is looking looking so good! Tires did completely transform the look. Way more aggressive, and they aren't as over the top as I was imaging they would be.
Thanks! I agree the wheels and tires really brought it to another level. Couldn’t stand the grandpa stock wheels haha.
Nice man, I have a 19 stx myself on the new eibach coilovers
I have same exact setup except I got a white f150. I love how it came out
Impeccable taste 🤌
thx for actually SAYING THE OFFSET!!! lol. so many youtubers don't tell you the offset, just the 20x10 or 20x9. this helps to know how much of an offset to get that aggressive stance.
how badly would it rub without the leveling kit? i actually kinda like the look of the stock rake, but i want to run 20x10-18 when i get an F150
Anytime I make videos on wheels I make sure I go over all the specs. Offset is just as important as everything else.
You’ll rub a ton. It won’t be a fun experience haha. It rubs in reverse at full lock in the side crash bars even with the 2.5” level kit. Going forward no rub anywhere.
@@Scoobyfreak86 thx for the reply!
Looks great I had the same set up on my 14f150. Just sold it and bought a ruby red 2022 with 20’s. Thinking of getting my old set up again. I wonder would it void warranty?
I think ford will do the roush/fox 2.0 at the dealership and it won’t void the warranty
Cobb just came out with the accesport for the 18-20 f150. I'll be getting that soon
How much did that truck run you and what spec is it? Looks awesome man!
Looks sweet! Thinking of doing something like this. I often haul/tow with my truck putting a lot of weight in the back. Would a leveling kit make the back sag even more? Cause the headlights to shine to too high?
You should still be fine as long as you do a drop hitch.
Looks great! I ordered the same spec wheels, but went with the bronze to go with my magma red f-150. Was planning on doing a 2” level and the 295/55 Nitto’s. But you may have swayed me to go with the 33”. I don’t really want to have to cut into the crash bars. I also didn’t know RT could do trucks, I’ve been there several times with my Acura and they do good work.
Go with the 2.5”. It’ll be less work overall. Yes I was originally going to do 295/55 but decided to go with the 33’s and happy I did. It’s a perfect match.
Love your channel bro,im doing same thing car guy getting a f150,and building like yours!!!im going pucks to i have no plans going off-roading im gonna be a concrete king
Looks good man! Just FYI, one F150 owner to another, get rid of the hockey puck leveling kit. Get a coilover leveling kit like the Bilstein 6112's or Fox 2.0's, etc. I know its more money, but it'll save you in the long run. New Upper Control Arms too if you plain to overland or do any light offroading.
Should I get 6112’s or 5100’s?
@@ethanspruill7539 6112's, stiffer then factory but still not too bad. The 6112's are a bit cheaper then the FOX's because it re-uses the factory top hat to keep the cost down. The FOX's are really good too. ICON's are more for off road only IMO. Get new Upper control arms to go along with it like the BDS and get it all done at once. I got the Rancho UCA's and I like them and they're more cost effective. Good luck! The 5100's are mainly for the street with light off-roading is my understanding.
Why does it save money in the long run?
I got rid of my 2” spacers and bought Rough Country 2” leveling struts and what a difference!
I started with puck then went to the 2in RC vertex front and back and Zone Off-road UCAs. Ball joints are perfect with this set up CVS still in spec rides great on the road crank the vertex up and does awesome out running two tracks and thru orchards and fields
Love the look of the truck. I live in Canada so I’m always concerned how fat tires will handle snow and ice. How have the Nitto’s performed in winter conditions?
Thanks! They did great! Skinnier tires in general cut through snow better, but I didn’t encounter and issues this past winter.
Love the wheels. Got a headache though from the back and forth on the car.. lol.
Hey Man great video truck looks beautiful! Im planing doing the same tires and rims on my f150. Did you had to recalibrate the speedometer or the re-gear or tuning since someone told I have to when changing into a bigger tire.
Thanks! Did not need to recalibrate. The speedo is spot on with my radar speedo.
@@Scoobyfreak86 tysm! Enjoy your ride!
For those with aftermarket wheels are you able to reuse the tpms sensors or do you have to buy new ones?
You can reuse the stock tpms. That’s what I did with these.
I put some ford raptor side steps on my f150. They tuck up alittle Higher and they are black!
Did you have to trim or push the crash bars back? Looking to get the same wheels and tires but really don’t want to take out the crash bars. Would love to have a video of you fixing the rubbing issue! Also could you show an example of the rubbing I.e. sound it makes and how it feels when rubbing.
Not yet but it rubs in reverse at full lock on the outter ends of the crash bar. Plan to heat them up and bend it in a bit. Hardly hits so it will be an easy fix.
It's a beaut, I agree. A question. Does a 2 1/2" level/lift increase the minimum road clearance underneath? And if so, by the full 2 1/2"s or by how much? What is that road clearance now?
Just the 2.5” up front. Nothing drastic, but it’ll bump it up a bit.
Looking forward to a mod list for the Sti, truck is coming along nicely, need a blacked out Ford badge. And clean up them calipers man and the wheel wells, peace
Thanks. Trying to find a nice full badge replacement set. Yes she’s dirty after all this weather.
I’m really interested in the tires and rim so where did you find them at.
I got them through my shop. I believe they were ordered from custom offset.
Did you ever do anything with your crash bars for the rubbing? If so let me know because I have the same set up and having the same issue. Thanks
Yes I chopped about 3” off the ends and don’t have any anymore clearance problems.
What size the wheels and tire bro?
hey there what do u think about leveling kit and or adjustable bilstein shocks what would be the difference except price hahaha thanks
I’m running both now. The level kit doesn’t do much other than raise the front. The bilstein 5100’s give the truck a much more compliant ride overall while having the adjustability.
Nice rides man and the truck came out looking hot. I know I should of stayed with the spacer level for the factory ride quality like my previous two f150s. Now I have the 2.7” level from eibach, struts and springs. They ride too stiff I’m ready to go back to a 2.5” spacer level. The ride in yours still comfortable?
Thanks! Very comfortable and feels just like stock. Didn’t want to go overboard since it’s my daily and I have the STI that I go nuts on.
@@Scoobyfreak86 that’s good to know I’ll most likely switch it back to the spacer level.
I’ve been debating which wheels to get. I think now it will be the fuel rebels. Which nitto grapplers did you get?
ua-cam.com/video/tkUHmyjjiVk/v-deo.html
Any difference in power and mpg going to 33's? Let me know man thinking of putting 33s on my 21f150
A tad but have since tuned the truck and got it back plus more ua-cam.com/video/5Ps9t_1ue7g/v-deo.html
Sweet
Did u eventually get Black ford badges
I ended up getting black overlays
ua-cam.com/video/4flB7496Ljo/v-deo.htmlsi=8ttv8FD-pNjmAaMr
How are those morimotos working out? Ive heard they cause alot of people flashing thier highs? Really want some but not sure i want that kind of attention.
You need to aim them properly. If you just install them out of the box, they will be out of alignment and all over the place.
I absolutely love them and easily the best plug and play option out there for this truck. Besides going to a full custom retro, this is hard to beat.
@@Scoobyfreak86 They are nice, thanks for replying.
Did you have to trim the crash bars or valance?
Ended up trimming about 3-4” off the ends of the crash bar for clearance. No clearance issues at all in any direction now.
Looks Awesome! What size wheels and tires are those again?
20x10 and 33x12.5
@@Scoobyfreak86 awesome man
Did they put those little plastic hubcenteic spacers on or no?
None needed
What headlights do you have and do you have a lift?
ua-cam.com/video/6_BeNm9fuV4/v-deo.html
And as stated in the video, 1.5” level kit.
Truck looks great, Just stumbled on your channel after looks for f150's with this rim to see if i like it. I have a 2010 F150 Black and was looking for something that would not look too crazy and wont poke out too much.
Thanks! I’ve been very happy with the fuel rebels. I’m a bit biased, but I do think it’s one of the better looking truck wheels without being obnoxious. It’s a good mix of class and aggression.
@@Scoobyfreak86 yeah I'm from NY so I'm worried about the wheel sticking out too far. I have been trying to figure out what is the best size and offset, I was thinking of going with 20x9 +1 but I really like the look of the 20x10 you have on your truck.
They do poke so it could be a a nuisance if you are commenting in an tight area. You definitely need to be aware of your surrounds with it. There are some options out there 20x10 +0 that look nice. Check out method nv’s. That was the other wheel I was considering.
@@Scoobyfreak86 Thanks for the info.
Love the truck what is the offset on the rims

Who’s leveling kit did you go with?
As mentioned in the video, Maxtrac.
Does you steering wheel shake on the high way
No. If yours does, you need your wheels and tires balanced.
Looks awesome!! How much $ was the total cost? I’m interested in doing the same. TY!
It was around 4-5k for the wheels, tires, and level kit plus labor.
@@Scoobyfreak86
Thank you! 🇺🇸☝🏽
Power running boards. Power Running Boards. POWER RUNNING BOARDS
Haha yes. Looking at the amp research boards
What you did for spare tire?
Just left the stock wheel and tire underneath. A 5th wheel wouldn’t fit in the spot so it’s better to have something there to get home then be stranded with nothing.
Tire and wheel specs? Rebel D679’s? Love the look. Have same f-150 2020 and have been looking for the right look! This is it! Are the tires 285/55 20’s? Not good at conversions!
Thanks!
20x10 -18 fuel rebels, nitto ridge grappler 33x12.5
Are you still rocking the stock suspension , if yes any complaints ? thaaanks
Sick looking truck BTW😍
ua-cam.com/video/u4_XYrqOPrE/v-deo.html
Nice setup. Where's RT located?
Thanks! They are in Montgomeryville, pa.
Did you used any spacer ?
No spacers
I know I'm watching your video a year later. But in that time have you thought about adding a bumper spacer instead of denting in the factory metal?
It doesn’t hit the bumper. It hit the crash bar. I have since resolved the issue by trimming the ends.
what leveling kit do you have ?
It’s in the title as well as I mention it in the video.
Would those wheels look good on street tires
These wheels are a bit too rugged and aggressive looking for street tires, IMHO.
@@Scoobyfreak86 Thanks for your opinion man
Where u live bro?? I live in Uniontown Pa
What model f150 is that?
Xlt
is the grill on this truck aftermarket?

Are these rebel 6 or rebel 8 I can’t tell
Rebel 6
What is the offset on your wheels
Nvm just answer my question I ordered the exact same set up I’m sooo excited
It’s in the video -18
What 2.5 kit u get?
Maxtrac
Looks great. Still happy with your choice?
Thanks! Extremely. Almost a year later and love them more than ever.
@@Scoobyfreak86 - That’s good to hear. I’m looking forward to pulling the trigger on wheels and tires also. Lots of choices out there. Like you I’m looking to jazz it up but not looking to go over the top
I live next to RT haha
What size are they?
ua-cam.com/video/tkUHmyjjiVk/v-deo.html
Are these the fuel rebel wheels??
Yes. This is mentioned in the video
@@Scoobyfreak86 Sorry was more impatient skipping about trying to find the part lol. Sweet wheels. I don't see a lot of people rocking those.
Thanks. They are one of my favorites for sure. Nothing over the top and they really fit the truck well.
@@Scoobyfreak86 did you get the ones with the 20mm offset or the 1mm again I’m sorry if you mentioned this in the video and I’m just asking repetitive questions.
20x10 -18
The link to tires are wrong size. You have the 35s in the link
Fixed
Is there a reason you went with 33" and not 35" ?
35's would require a lift kit and more work to get to fit. 33's are much easier and a front level kit is needed and some minor trimming. It's my daily, so wasn't looking to go crazy with it.
Wait till they break they get loud and hard to break. Best looking tire but not the best on road. Wet traction is gone
I’ll never understand oversized aftermarket rims with basically mud tires and no sidewalls for both on and off road driving
Last question lol does your truck rub in reverse
A bit yes. On the outer crash beam. Only in reverse though. Forward it doesn’t run anywhere. You can notch it, hammer it, or remove it to rid the rub. It’s very minor though.
@@Scoobyfreak86 thanks for the advice gonna give that a shot
whats the offset?
As mentioned in the video -18
But that truck….😎😎😎😎
Just kind of curious how much you paid for the wheels? You said $1700 for tires? I’m getting a leveling kit on Saturday.
The wheels were around the same as the tires if I remember correctly.
SEND ME PLEASE THE INF OF THAT PLACE TO GO AND GET MY RIDE DONE.. GOD BLESS

A good question I gotta ask is I'm thinking about getting a STI (15-21). What are things I would look out for?

No I have the 5.5 bed.
