worked for me! I waited until 11:00pm my time (3:00pm in China), which is when I got my first foreign ditto on the first try using this dude's method. Woohoo! 4448 4448 really works lol

Took quite a while to get mine, but this was super helpful! It's weird that I ran into a few foreign ones where the other trainer chose to disconnect.
When it says they disconnect it doesn’t always mean they chose to. When it says that there could have been a connection problem

Guys,I think I have an easier method without trading, so make another account in Spanish or Japanese or whatever and catch a ditto and transfer over via Pokémon home and just start breeding have fun I guess!😀

Thing is how to do tell if it’s hacked or illegal? The offsprings of hacked or illegal become illegal as well right?
So far I haven’t seen anything too worrisome with trading. The main way to tell is if it’s a perfect IV Pokémon holding some sort of rare item. But you should be fine!

No problem! You should be fine to use it. I’ve never been banned due to getting hacked mons.

im here bc i just traded and the first ditto was shiny lvl 100 holding a masterball from italy...not sure if i just allowed a virus into my game? have you encountered this before?
100 percent it's hacked, won't be a virus or anything but just don't trade it or use it competitively and you should be ok
what is the difference between a normal ditto and foreign ditto
A foreign ditto is a ditto that was caught by someone playing the game in a different language. You can see what language the Pokémon is by looking in the bottom left of the summary! Hope this helps!

I explain it in the video. You need one to increase your chances of hatching shiny Pokémon.
I did it and I forgotten to get a ditto so I didn’t waste the other persons time I just gave them a shiny
Don’t do that, give them the ditto not a random shiny.

Depends. This one took less than an hour. The more edits in the vid the longer it takes.
