I love my Dgx 670. I usually do research on things I buy especially at this price point. I was going to get the Yamaha p125. But read some comments from UA-cam and someone said this was good. I went to my music store and grabbed the last one. No regrets. I have only been playing piano for 1 month. That you fit your videos. They are inspiring.

Very good demo of layering voices- the Hot Swell and CFX / bright pianos are a nice pairing I'm curious as to the difference between this pianos CFX grand sample sound and the CFX grand sound on the Yamaha P515 digital piano. Thanks for the video.

I recently traded in my DGX 660 for the 670. The upgrade of the quality of voices and styles on the 670 are amazing. I enjoy your playing and videos and I'm trying to incorporate some of your techniques into my playing. As a retiree, my time with the 670 is usually the highlight of my day. Even though I've been playing for years, the DGX 670 offers daily excitement because of the endless possibilities for new musical creations. Being a bit of a history nut, I was binge-reading about Benjamin Franklin over the past few years and I almost choked on my tea when I read that Ben Franklin's uncle (John) was a dyer here in Banbury, Oxfordshire and his grandfather (Thomas Franklin) was actually buried not 30 steps from my desk here at ePianos! I spent my enitre lunch break walking around the graveyard (St Mary's Church Banbury) looking for the headstone. It really was a magic little moment feeling so connected to history. Chris

Hi! I strongly recommend that you do reviews on the Kawai KDP piano series. The best keyboard on the market, some of the most accurate timbres without plastic and artificiality, a polyphony of 192 or more (yamaha is not better or worse, just a brighter sound, and kawaii has a darker and deeper well, and kawaii's keyboard is more reliable) They are very cool devices. I also want more top-end Korg like Korg SV-1 and Nord Stage, Nord Piano, maybe the latest Moog Matriarch and Grandmother models - this is something special!
I've had mine around 6 months now. Why are the lights red for on and green for off? Why are the lights so bright, and badly located that I can't read the text above the buttons? Why are the buttons a horrible rubber that attracts dust and won't clean? And why is the menu so difficult and non-intuitive to navigate? Every screen uses different buttons/wheel/cursor to move around, it's awful!! The sound, however is stunning. The keys are beautifully weighted, the functions are amazing, and it feels great to play. I wouldn't swap it for anything else, I just wish there was some effort put into the usability. I've replaced a DGX-630 with this, and the old one was much easier to use. I'd still recommend this keyboard to anybody, but it has pitfalls.

I have this keyboard and I've been having a problem with some of the sounds when I play them for awhile I get an error message that pops up and says to turn off the keyboard and power it back on. Happens with harp like sounds a lot. Does anyone else have this problem with some of the sound selections?
@@your_average_joe5781 I was told to take it to a service center that they provided me with the locations in my state. The closest to me is about a two hour drive from me! So I'm living with the flaws.
Yes, it has arranger keyboard features but also stage (portable) piano features too. It's been one of Yamaha's most sucessful keyboards of 2022. We've made loads of videos about it here: www.epianos.co.uk/videos/dgx-videos/

What kind of USB did you use? I tried putting a 32 gb 3.0 ubs stick. Its not reading it. Smh.
Sometimes the accomplishments are too loud. I wood like to hear my playing piano more. How would. I lower that so that my playing is prominent. Thanks
