Barnabas keeps saying the wrong year for 1995 timeframe. One episode posted today it was 1998. This episode he said 1999. Visions of Y2k testing I had to do when I was still working LOL. Carolyn switching characters is so seamless and wonderful to watch.
Even though Jonathan Frid was a Shakespearean Actor he will still make mistakes during the filming of D.S. When he was saying the estate was in Ruins in 1998 he probably realized as the show moved on he meant to say 1995. On my D.S. DVDS there are interviews. The one I saw a few years back was with Dan Curtis saying that each day they filmed an episode the actors were going to mess some on their lines and when it happened Dan instructed the Cameraman to keep rolling. We don't cut. Dan was saying if we hollered Cut everytime someone blundered on their lines we fall behind schedule , we are making 5 episodes a week, not one.
Quentin always keeps denying that he has ever seen Daphne. Then, Barnabas overheard & found out from those children calling each other Tad & Carrie. Now both David & Hallie are possessed by those two menaces Gerard & Daphne.
I got the impression it was like an invasion of the body snatchers. Hallie and David did not die, they were cast out and entered a netherworld. Neither dead nor alive they are trapped in some level of the astral realm. Just my take on it at this point.
I can't stand those 2 ''children'' it wasn't long after those scenes people began to lose interest. As Frid said ''they brought in two many characters''.

10:30 the last mention of Victoria Winters on Dark Shadows
I had to see the pre-Barnabas episodes before I truly appreciated Alexandra Moltke. Now I am a fan.

😅 Sorry Tad and Carrie, but you just got totally BUSTED 🤦♂️🤦♀️🔗
I know it's unconventional but I'm so flattered hearing my name from David Selby lips 50 years ago ❤️ 😍 silly but fact
