A friend’s mother was skinny and would NOT drink milk. I will never forget how devastated she was when she was told that she had the worst osteoporosis. Drinking milk is ok unless you have an allergy. If you don’t smoke, drink compulsively and are active then stop beating yourself up. You are beautiful and in good nick so chin up and be proud for your contribution to your family’s life and wellbeing and to society in general.

Hi Julie! It seems strange to say because I'm older than you are but how I wish I'd of had a mother that taught me everything I've learned from you! My guilty pleasure has been homemade hot cocoa for the past 6 or 7 months and my figure shows it. But I can't help it! I love it so much and seems to provide such comfort (though I don't know why I need So much comfort!)

Good for you julie, doing better. My weakness are salty crunchy things. My most fav of all is onion dip and potato chips.
I also love popping my own popcorn.so much healthier .microwave popcorn has some cancer concerns just like the people who worked in the plant making it, they developed popcorn lung. You can look up about it. Glad you like azure standard.i love the bags they come in too!

I used to order from Azure a lot. I love them. Unfortunately, now that I can't drivel, I can't order easily. The drops are always during the week. Their spices are the best deals, in my opinon. White rice has a long shelf life while brown rice goes rancid fairly fast. I freeze all my brown rice.

I will definitely be checking Azure out! We eat nothing but whole foods especially since my husband is a kidney dialysis patient. My strong recommendation is no to brown rice, it is the worse for your body to digest. Do your research. We were keto but now we are Paleo. My body loves it and it is working well for my husband. We eat no dairy to speak of, just one cup of coffee a week with some heavy cream, yes one cup on Saturday afternoon with some delicious Hu Chocolate. Try that, you will be surprised at how good it is. They have it with Hazelnut. I am going to check them out and see if they carry organic coconut sugar and raw honey. Those are the only two sweeteners we use. Thank you so much for this video! Great info and these days we all need to save $.

You gave me some new ideas of things to try. I’ve been ordering from Azure for the past couple of years since we got a drop zone in my area, prior to that we would have had to drive over an hour.
My favorite is the raw milk cheddar cheese. It’s so delicious. The price is less than half for raw milk cheddar in my area. I’m also a big milk drinker, because I’m in VA the distance my order travels makes me hesitate to order milk for Azure. I have found a good local source for milk in my area. For spices I order from Thrive Market when I can’t get them from Azure. I mostly get our groceries from Azure, Thrive Market, and Aldi. My family is also trying to eat healthier and Azure helps us do that. This morning I’m off to the farmer’s market another source for my groceries.

If looking for SIMPLE Old fashioned ingredients, thier dairy selection refreshing! Grass fed/raw/organic, you CAN find, no preservatives, no gaur gums, nofillers. ( You still have to read labels) I am finding in STORES "natural/organic" shelf items are increasing thier stretchers ( starches/preservatives ) but no mention of " recipe/label changes" Their bulk flours, grains, honey are often things I also can not find in my area ( cheaper than Amzon) Thier Organic onions are HUGE often lasts months if stored properly. Store onions often lose thier protective skins. I purchase the bulk and freeze some ( saves$) Like everything, you have to shop around, especially now. I was not a fan of thier cocoa powder/chocolate chips. (Had a fruity flavor) but maybe I am just used to more processed kinds. Thier selection of Dried fruit is HUGE, very hard to find apple juice infused ( for sweetener) cranberries, and others without sulfur dioxide etc.
You can order once a year, a month, whatever.
      No membership FEES.
Thrive market has its place depending on your diet, size of family etc. Package sizes are smaller. But they have allot of premade special diet items. When "things" were sketchy.. I did use them. ( Didn't know about Azure.)
To me Azure is the Supermarket, a once per month stock up, and Thrive is the specialty/boutique.
My goal is to be stocked so I don't have to go to Azure pick ups, this winter. Not sure I can " stop" though. 😆 Thier customer service is wonderful...a real live person too!

You can take 1/3 cup of popcorn and put in a lunch sized brown paper bag, fold down the opening a few times and pop it in the microwave. Mine takes about 3 minutes. No oil needed. Then season with butter or ghee, white cheddar powder,, salt and pepper.. I've used their regular pop corn, but just got their mushrooms pop corn. So good.

White rice isn’t bad for you. Brown rice does have more nutrition, yes, but as long as your supplementing what white rice is lacking with another food you’re fine. Also, brown rice tends to be more arsenic than white rice. The healthiest rice you can get is organic white basmati rice grown in Cali. Check out Lundberg from Azure. I buy their rice every month! So good!! Great video! Let us know if the coffee is stronger! We love us some strong coffee! 😊

I laughed out loud when you said whole wheat organic brown rice lol. We are almost empty nesters so I can probably foist some of that whole wheat and brown rice now but when my kids were little....it was not happening! We do like brown rice but white rice is much more enjoyable. We do eat whole wheat bread and some whole wheat pastas, but we aren't really huge pasta eaters. We are slowly switching over to Tinkyada Brown rice pastas, which we think are very good.
