If you mix a tablespoon of maple syrup with a teaspoon of miso paste, then toast a handful of walnuts or pecans. Pour half the maple miso mixture on the nuts while still in the warm pan and stir until sticky. Put the nuts on the oatmeal and drizzle the remaining maple miso mixture on the oats. You’ll love the taste! The mixture should be enough for two servings. I make it all the time in the winter for my husband and me.

If you have a bunch of spinach or kale in your garden, you can blend it up with the coconut water, freeze it in ice cube trays and then dump the frozen cubes into gallon bags in the freezer. Add them to soups and smoothies.

if you're looking for an alternative to soy sauce, coconut aminos are also gluten-free and taste very similar. I use them in place of soy sauce in any dishes that call for it. :) Azure also sells that.

Shalom! I was watching Azure standard hauls and found your channel. Our family was just recently in Missouri attending a Sukkot gathering! We are in NY looking to hopefully make a move soon. We have been Torah Observant now for about 2 years. We love Azure for all the same reasons. So glad to have run across your channel. I plan on checking out your Kosher recipes. Shalom sis! That’s really exciting you guys have been keeping Torah now over the last few years! Same with us about 4 years and it’s just been the greatest blessing of our lives to truly love Abba through our obedience to Him! I pray as many people as possible come into the truth of His beautiful Word and plan for us. That’s exciting you were just out here in Missouri for Sukkot! There are surprisingly many assemblies here so that’s a real encouragement. We previously spent most our lives in California and didn’t know anyone there that observed Torah and believed in Messiah Yeshua. Would be neat to run into you one day :) thanks for leaving a comment and I pray you have a day full of joy and shalom ❤️

You should contact Sara from you tube channel, Our Tribe of Many. She grinds her own wheat into flour and I feel like the issues you are having with the four your grinding is either because of the grinder you’re using or the type of wheat berry you’re using. Sara makes bread, tortillas, sweet baked goods and I know she’s talked about how she uses different types of wheat berries and changes the setting on the grinder based on what she’s making.

You mention not being willing to use baking powder that isn’t aluminum free and you are right. Hey thanks for your question! There is not a kosher certification on the parmesan cheese and I'm not sure about the soups, I would need to check. While we do look for and appreciate kosher certifications and know of their value, we also just eat in a manner that is aligned with basic scriptural kosher laws in the Torah. So in the case of the parm cheese, the rennet used is a microbial rennet so I do not have to worry about the possibly of a pork rennet being used. I do understand that parmesan cheese is a controversial topic in the orthodox jewish community based more on a meat&milk issue vs. an unclean animal issue. I am certainly not an expert on these things but we strive to do the very best we can in honoring Elohim's commands!

Azure has instructions printed on the bag :) also, are you using a sourdough starter or active yeast to rise your bread? Also, if you feed your starter with the intent to make a loaf of bread later, scoop out a smaller amount into a separate jar or bowl and feed it equal parts flour and water (a scale helps with this but its necessary). This way, you will have the starter amount you need for your recipe and the smaller amount allows your starter to become very active more quickly since it will have a good amount of "food" to take from right away.
