I'm very happy for Coach LBC. I hope he can keep the team Focus & Disciplined the whole season. Study your aponant every game on video. Do good play calling. No Stupid penalties. Control the tempo of every game. Use your offense as a defense. Don't be scared to hit hard & hustle on Defense. You do these things & you will have a great season. Don't take any team for granted 😉. I know he's the most inexperienced coach in the division by far. However those coaches weren't great the first day but they show they have something in them to be great. AP has the juice!. Also he did something good leaders do that don't have ego. He got a bunch of guys that have been there as head coaches and put them on staff to help him be great. I love it!

As a chiefs fan I was selfishly hoping the raiders messed up this coaching search by letting this guy get out of the building. They are gonna be a problem for years to come
Is anyone else seeing a trend to coaches being hired that are all buff and look like they work out constantly and away from the Zac Taylor/Mike McDaniel types?
Probably go 8-9 next year. None of this matters. You got Max Crosby you got AP as the head coach. Where is the QB?? Can’t avoid the big elephant in the room. In this division and loaded AFC chances are slim to none of making playoffs.

He spits a good game but not delivering on his word is why Arizona made him resign from thier scouting department talked big game about how he would bring in talent and making Arizona a juggernaut and an elite football program.
Always nice when a poverty franchise with clown ownership lands a quality coach to lift the team up and make them watchable again. AOC was a rookie who only played half a season, don't know why everyone is so tough on him expecting him to play like he was a number 1 pick or something. He has potential to learn and be a competent starter. But whoever they bring in at QB I think they will have a respectable record and make the playoffs next year.
Hoping this isn't another 2 year administration then clean out......
