- Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton holds a news conference announcing a lawsuit over what he calls the unlawful ban on private firearms sales. Louisiana, Missouri and Utah will also join in the lawsuit.

Sheriffs in Illinois said they wouldn’t enforce the FOID card decades ago when it was passed. That didn’t last long. They also all said they wouldn’t enforce the recent AW & magazine bans as well. Don’t have any hope for them to stick to that. I hope you live in a better state than I currently do, but all I’m getting at is to not trust any of these people regardless of what state you may reside in. Good luck.

I'm 100% against background checks for personally sold firearms. The reason being that the atf will use those background checks to make a searchable database that is against federal law but the atf has been caught using a searchable database of gun owners before.
