Watching Kitchen Nightmares, I always have such a special affection and respect for the wait staff. They are the worst paid mostly relying on tips, and take all the heat from the diners. Even so, they are the ones that are most excited when they see the new decor. They tend to be extremely loyal and really go above and beyond for the restaurant. .
