However, this could easily be mitigated by the likes of payoneer, world first etc - without the need to go through all the hassle with LLC lodging, and the associated future requirements with the IRS. Yes, you can make a profit by selling on Amazon and the earnings depend on the product's demand, price, etc.. I suggest watching this video if you are just starting: ua-cam.com/video/Id8yj5lKaho/v-deo.html
Great Video, I hope if you slow down little bit, so we can catch all the information, also if you add another video how to register your trade mark with USPTO

Hey Lenny! Thanks for the content! I'm a little confused about the brand registry requirements. To get a trademark, you have to list the International Classification Code for your products to be approved and registered. When applying for Amazon Brand Registry, it asks for the category your trademark is listed in. So as an example, say I'm using your Jungle Stix trademark (registered as International Class 021) when applying for Amazon's brand registry, and I want to sell the Jungle Sliders under the Jungle Stix brand name to get the enhanced brand content. How is it possible to sell the Jungle Stix brand under the "Office Products" category when it does not have the International Class code 20 which would cover keyboard trays? How is brand registry approved for Jungle Stix to use the "Office Products" category when Jungle Stix is not trademarked for that? I've heard of using an "open or generic" brand, but you still have to list the correct International Class code (and show the actual product being sold) on the USPTO trademark application which doesn't really allow for a generic brand to cover all future products. Doesn't Amazon require the category for your trademark to match the category you want to have brand registered? Thanks in advance for answering this.
Hi Jungle Scout. I am not a US citizen, actually living in Portugal. My question is, is it absolutely necessary to do a Brand Registration, Register trademark and have an LLC. Or is it posible to create the product without this. Thank you for your help.
There is no need to register your brand or trademark. However, it is best to set up an LLC 😊 Regarding the brand name, try adding NA or TBD and let us know if that helped! ^PW

You got it; separate marketplaces, separate accounts/FNSKUs. The FNSKU is Marketplace specific, so you'll use the same UPC to generate different FNSKUs for each store. ✅
To add further, it is interesting how this works between markets. While the FNSKU is unique to each market, you CAN link to an existing SKU. This is the kinda info those gurus charge $500 for
So true Mohammad! We love offering FREE resources to help sellers find success on Amazon! 💯 😃
Don't purchase this program. I bought it and tried it, it's not worth the hype. If you look at the terms and services they are not even confident enough to offer you a partial refund their product.
Hey! I'm so sorry to hear that! We actually do offer full refunds! You just must be within our 14 day period as stated in our terms and conditions 😁
Please I'm confused 😕.. Already got llc and registered with Amazon, so do I still need brand name and trade mark?!
Not necessarily. You don't need your product to be brand registered and get a trademark right off the bat, but it is recommended that you do so later on if you want to protect your product. Check out our article about Brand Registry here www.junglescout.com/blog/amazon-brand-registry/ 🥰😀 - FO
