Its a really inspirational series but if possible can you invite someone who are in their 30's and then switched to Ux from different background ....because I have a little fear to start my ux journey at my age (33) i have heard not everyone is getting 7 to 10 lpa and sometimes i feel overwhelming.
Super relatable on many levels being a mechanical engineering graduate and transitioning to the product design field. Loved your take on building products Paritosh 🫡✨
I learned Photoshop from a ux designer (I didn't knew that back then) then I didn't know properly what to do I spent next 7 month learning html css Js, React and now I understood that it's ux that calling me all along but doing something for sometime has a hold over me. Not making me persue this.
Opportunities for development is more than designer right

About my background I work with Photoshop autocad and 3ds max as job but also learning html css Js and React for last 6 months. It's very difficult to choose one of them I wasted last month doing nothing please any one share any advice with justification

Because companies first prefer developers then designers
